(Author's POV)
As the sunlight filtered through the various tree branches scattered along the path that led to the Architecture Department building, Myra and Alaric walked side by side. Although the atmosphere was noisy and loud around them, as everyone was looking at them, their eyes filled with obvious curiosity, murmuring and gossiping, the two refrained from uttering anything and just walked in silence. Silence too profound, too pure, neither of them wanted to taint it.
Alaric, for once, was being a gentleman, matching his pace with Myra's. Though he was only doing it without his own knowledge. And even if he knew, he would, very conveniently, blame it on his wolf.
At some distance, a group of people were murmuring and chatting amongst themselves, though their eyes were on the two parties.
