For the rest of the day, Reinhardt's warhorse charged ahead. The two people on its back were a single, synchronized entity, joined at the pelvis, moving in a rhythm that was anything but equestrian.
To the observers, the Duchess was a picture of beauty and form, her body leaning into the wind, her skirts flowing behind her. They saw a noblewoman discovering a newfound passion.
What they didn't see was that beneath the thin, fluttering skirts, a different passion was unfolding.
Each powerful stride of the horse drove Reinhardt's hardened cock against her. She felt like she was a vessel being filled over and over with a relentless pounding.
The pleasure was too much... yet at the same time it was not. She could feel the heat of him cock, the thick vein running along his shaft. Every detail imprinted onto her sensitive flesh through the damp cloth.
She was being explored, claimed, and loved, without ever being fully taken.
As for Reinhardt, he was fighting his own battle against the [Endless Ardor] which was like a living fire in his blood, urging him on, demanding more, deeper, harder.
Spurt... Climax assaulted them once again, as white creamy nectar spilled downwards. The ecstasy was so great that a moan leaked out of Verdia's lips. Thankfully, it was drowned out by the wind.
The observers saw only the Duchess's passionate form. The servants felt a warm, hopeful sensation welling in their hearts.
"How long has it been since we saw her so free?" one maid murmured to another, her eyes misty.
"She looks so alive."
And so, for the remainder of the day, they raced behind Reinhardt's horse that kept and kept on charging forward.
By the time the sun began to dip below the horizon, painting the sky orange, both Reinhardt and Verdia were utterly spent. They were drenched in a shared sweat, the air around them was thick with the peculiar, salty, sweet scent of sex and exertion.
"Madam!" the maids came forward to support Verdia, who looked out of breath.
Of course, she already buttoned her shirt, hiding any trace of their hours long debauchery. She allowed the maids to help her down, her legs buckling the moment her feet touched the ground.
She gripped a maid's arm tightly for support.
"Your grace, are you alright?" the maids asked in concern. They had never seen Verdia so exhausted.
"It felt so good riding the horse that I forgot about my stamina…"
"Your grace is a diligent learner"...
"Yes… yes, it almost looked like you were natural"…
The servants clapped in praise. To them, it looked like a noblewoman was pushed to her physical limits by a new, vigorous hobby she found.
None of them noticed the faint, distinctive scent that clung to her and fresh, pearly white droplets of something carnal that escaped the edge of her panties, glistening down her thigh.
"I am tired now, so I would like to rest in the carriage. Don't allow anyone to disturb me".
.
The next day came, and the order moved out at the first signs of dawn. Unlike usual, sitting with Reinhardt on his horse, Verdia sat inside the carriage with Arthur.
Reinhardt also felt that it was the right choice after all. Whenever he was with her, his head would go blank, and he would start doing things that would give him a guilty conscience for the rest of the day.
Thanks to covering a lot of ground yesterday, their order reached the capital before the sun could set.
One of the knights bearing the flag of the Arcknight family strode forward, and the guards at the gate quickly and respectfully cleared a path for them to head in. As one would expect of a noble, they are treated differently, no matter where they are.
While being showered with revered gazes from all around, the horses and carriages of the Arcknight family headed in. As soon as they passed through the gate, a marvellous sight was waiting for them.
As one would expect of the capital of the kingdom, Solaris City was the testament of prosperity and grandeur. Its buildings were architectural phenomena, planned and built strategically.
Its streets were made of carved stones, providing stability and smoothness that no other city in the kingdom could compare with.
Beautiful fountains dotted the streets and markets, sprawling with vibrant colors, enticing aromas, and exquisite goods, brought in a hum of lively trade.
Solaris was an eye candy for anyone coming from other places; however, its most distinctive feature was neither its well built buildings, bustling markets, or streets, it was the two things that caught people's eyes as soon as they entered.
Lying in the center of the city was a grand palace, adorned with intricate carvings and tall spires that dominated the skyline of the city. Its pristine white color mixed with gold attracted eyes from all around the city.
The grand architecture that stood as an authoritative and unbreakable symbol was none other than the royal palace.
The other sight that took people's breath away was the grand cathedral, a magnificent structure of stained glass and soaring arches, serving as the city's heart, a symbol of its divine foundation.
Most importantly, the cathedral also had the altars that all humans in the kingdom needed to access to change their class.
Altars are the divine gift from the old gods of Gaia before they died. It was one of the main weapons left behind them to give the inhabitants of this world a fighting chance against the demons.
Reinhardt and his order headed for the cathedral first. Since many of the knights and squires haven't accessed the altar for quite a while, they needed to go there first and have their status updated.
"All those who are below level three head for the eastern hall. Below level six should head for the central hall. All those who are above level 6 follow me," Reinhardt gave out orders.
Assigning a fair number of knights and servants as escorts for Verdia and Arthur, he headed in.
"Wait brother, I will come with you too," Arthur decided to come with him.
Inside the second floor of the cathedral, which only a small number of people in the entire kingdom can enter, Reinhardt stepped in with his entourage.
Inside, an old man wearing a pristine white cassock was talking with a young man with a muscular build and carrying a huge sword behind his back.
When the man in the cassock saw Reinhardt coming in, he showed a gentle smile and turned his head to address him.
"Lord Reinhardt, it has been a while. I see that the rumor is indeed true"…
"Bishop" Reinhardt bowed his head slightly.
"Reinhardt!!" It was also at this moment that the young man turned around. Spurred on by one of the most famous names that every person in the kingdom knew about.
"Are you that Sir Reinhardt? The legendary level 10 Divine Paladin?"
"That's right, Stark, he is one of the three pillars of Solaris whose valor and might make even the demons cower in fear."
The one to answer him was the Bishop. He then introduced the young man to Reinhardt.
"Reinhardt, this is Stark, one of the most promising candidates in the Knight Entrance Exam".
The former glanced at the young man and nodded his head.
"Woah, you really are Sir Reinhardt?! As I thought, you look way different from the pictures. How can an image capture the grandeur of a legendary knight" Like yet another fan of Reinhardt, Stark kept on talking.
"Ahem, Stark can you give us a moment? I have something important to talk with him".
