The public already deemed me as such.
Saying words like 'I didn't do it', 'I am being framed', and so on wasn't going to work. It would only incite more backlash.
In such situations, the best thing someone could do was admit their fault.
At least, to some extent.
"I have indeed stolen from Nightmare Forge Studios."
As expected, barely a few seconds after I muttered those words, the entire chat erupted into chaos. It started running so fast that I could barely keep up with it.
—Wait, Seth... What are you doing?!
Jamie's voice echoed loudly within my ears.
In order to communicate with him, I had a separate earpiece. This was done so that we could better organize the stream. Given the current number of viewers, it was certainly going to be messy.
