Arrie stood before the towering hobgoblins with seriousness in her eyes.
The dimness of the cave pressed around her, yet her expression remained firm.
"I'm starting to regret choosing this mission. Maybe I should have accepted the support of those fellows who wanted this to be a joint mission?"
However, when she remembered how far she was behind compared to Kailen, the man she wanted to stand beside, she steeled herself.
"Now is not the time for weakness. I need to do these kind of things on my own."
After Arrie said, several rocks shot out of the cave grounds and floated around her.
Her breathing steadied, and a faint metallic glow flickered around the rocks.
Using her metal affinity, she controlled the rocks by making use of the metallic elements in them, and the rocks shot towards the hobgoblins in the large cave.
