3rd Person POV -
While Percy was with his girls things were moving in the Olympus. The major Gods were sitting in the Throne room. But the structure has changed. All the thrones were filled expect one in the middle.
The throne of the fallen Gods has been removed. And this middle throne is not of Zeus but it is just un- decided who will sit on it. The middle throne belongs to the Leader of the House.
And since they have not decided who will be there new leader this throne is empty. Right now all the Gods were here to decide this very fact and take some important measure.
Hestia as the eldest Olympian started the meeting. She stood up and said," Now that the Olympus is out of the constant looming threat of destruction we are gathered here to take some necessary steps. But all this steps and decisions needs a central figure to over see. And that is also the first motive of our meeting.''
Then she looked at every one of them. And every one turns there head. Truth to be told no one was willing to take this position. Seeing this Hestia mused inside herself. She thought that In the past Zeus was always paranoid that some one will steal his throne but now if he sees this that even after being offered no one is willing to take his Throne. Then he will die of Shock. If it is even possible for a God to die from shock.
But Hestia knew the Thuth. This chair is not just some comfortable Throne it is also a duty that no one wants to bear. In fact every one of the Gods have previously thought that this position is cursed. And after seeing what happened with zeus that belief became even stronger. So much so that no one is even ready to become the King of Gods.
Seeing this in the end Hestia turned towards Hera and asked,'' As the former Queen of Gods who do you think is the best to rule over our Pantheon?''
Hera also saw the reaction of the entire counsel on the subject. But as the former Queen she has to make a decision that is in the line with the greater good of her home. She said,'' I think Athena will be a Good option. She has always been the chief advisor of Zeus and I think she has all the capabilities to become a great ruler. She is intelligent, powerful, and is known to be one of the wisest.
She can be a perfect ruler for our Pantheon.''
Apollo was the first to speak. Actually he spoke as soon as Hera was done speaking. He said," Former Queen Hera is absolutely right. I also fully trust Athena. I think she will become a great Queen.''
Athena looked at Apollo with utter loathing. What do they think that she can't understand the reason behind Apollo is speaking in her favour. But she also understood the reasoning behind this decision. Because even she knew that she is the best option to become the Queen.
And just after Apollo was done speaking his Twin also spoken up, '' Yes I also think that there can be no better queen then the Athena. She also has my support.''
And just like that everyone of the Gods that are present here also started supporting Athena. Some spoke in the words full of praise or some just express the fact. And the God of Forges simply said Athena have his support and then continue to thinker with something in his hands
And just like that Athena became the next ruler of Olympian Pantheon. Athena who was now Queen said while sitting on the Throne. She said, ''I will try to do my best ''
And after that she then said,'' Now we have a lot of things to talk about. There are so many new things to discuss.''
Apollo asked,'' Which is the first one?''
Athena just Shook her head on his tactics to create distraction. She said,'' The first topic is as to how to behave with the mortals now? I mean when we were sealed we can easily and fully attract with the mortals. But what I have learn from that Chatter box that was with Perseus is the Ancient one have prohibited the Gods from speaking with the mortals anymore.
So before anything else we have to decide as to what should we do for this now?''
Artemis asked, '' So what you means is that we can not talk to them anymore?''
Athena said,'' Totally right. We can walk on earth but can not interact with the Mortals. And that is the last condition she made.''
Hermes said," forgive me but Does not Perseus also walk among the humans. And those wife of his also walk among earth and earth lings.''
Athena said,''Well there are two reason as to why Perseus is allowed on earth.
first he is the helper of those magicians.
And secondly they trust him. He is always been a big part of the forces who protect earth.
So because of this she allowed him to walk among the earthlings. ''
What she did not told them is that Yao is also one of the lovers of Perseus.
Apollo asked,'' So what should we do now? ''
Demeter asked,''Did you try to talk to them about this?''
Athena said," I did. I talked to them yesterday. And they told me this.''
Heta said," It is not that difficult to choose. From now on no one talks to humans any more unless absolutely necessary.''
Then she turned towards Athena and said," Athena you are the Queen now, not the advisor of the King. You have to think quickly and order. You can not just express your views then fell silent. You have to make a quick decision. Understood''
Athena said," Yes Mother.'' Then she turned towards the place where others were sitting and said," since the First decision has been taken. Let's talk about the second question.''
