3rd Person POV -
Perseus was in the Asgard right now. He came here to meet his mother. It has been a month since he met his mother and according to the last order of the queen of Asgard, He has to show his face in front of her at least a day in a month.
He was walking towards the room of his mother while thinking of the events of previous day. Yesterday he met those five childrens. There conditions, poverty, orphan, lack of any kind of protection.
They were forced to work in such a small age just to feed themselves. And the worst thing is that they are not the only one. Many many childeren were forced to live in the same condition. And this condition will only get worsened. Many more childrens will have to go through all this trouble and this hard life. Especially in some years time.
World war I is just around the corner. It can start at any time. While it may not start early or go on for a long time but it can be far more dangerous then the one in my previous life. Especially if the Ares is flaming the fire from behind the scenes.
Many many people will die. No one can ever know the exact number of people who will died in this battle. And what will remain after the battle is the fractured economy, destroyed construction, severe losses, patients and most of them all the people the Martyrs left behind.
Most importantly there children and parents. They will have no where to go and even the government will not be able to provide then help in the sufficient time. Quite a disappointment.
I wanted to help them but how? How can I help them? As I was thinking about all those things I found my self entering the palace. I walked towards the room of my mother where she is. And it did not took a long time to reach there.
And as always before I can knock my mother opened the door. She was so happy after seeing me that it can seen on her face. She pulled me in a hug. After she released me she asked,'' Why did it took you so long? Where have you been? But first come inside''
She pulled me inside. We sat on bed and I said,'' How are you mother? ''
She let out a huff and turned to the other side. She said,'' How can I be? My son does not miss me. He rarely comes to see me. Spends his time doing creator knows what. How can I be after all this? Obviously I am sad.''
I turned her towards me and said, '' How can you say that? I obviously miss you. It's just has been a very long month. I promise next time I will not be late. I will always try my best to make time to come and meet you. Please forgive me this one.''
She looked at me with a pout and tried very hard to hold it but soon she cracked. She said, '' How can I be angry at you when you make this kind of face. So I forgave you this time but promise me you will not be late the next time and as the punishment for this time, you will spend an entire whole day here with me. That means you will not leave frim Asgard till tomorrow. Understand. ''
I said,'' Do not worry mother It will never happen again. And I will also accept your punishment. I will stay on Asgard not just for one day but as long as I am free. Okk. Now tell me how are you? ''
She looked at my eyes and said,'' I am quite alright. While it does become boring but over all I am quite alright. But the question is what is troubling you my son?''
I shook my head and said,'' Nothing mother. You are just Imagining things? You must be tired. ''
Suddenly all the love disappeared from her face. She took my hand in hers and said,'' When did I thought you to lie? And If I thought you then I don't have the right to teach you anything.''
I knew she can see through me and if she truly wanted she can even find the reason of my problem. She can even found what I am thinking right now. So I just sighed and told her the story about everything that happened yesterday.
I told her about the childrens, there love, devotion and possessiveness over each other. I even told her about the condition of these childrens, how they had to work in the age when they should be care free and they should have to play.
I said,'' I did not like it. They should not be like that.''
She asked me,'' So what are you going to do? What have you think to do? What is your solution?''
I said, '' I don't think but I know I am going to help them? And I have a perfect way to help them. Don't worry I will manage it.''
She said,'' Ok if that is out of question then tell me what were doing all the month.''
I said,'' Well not much spending some time with the girls, having trade business with all the other planets, watching the other beings of the universe, The Mad Titan and of course keeping an eye on the skrulls.''
My mother was silent while I talked about everything but her face changed when I talked about Thanos and skrulls. She said,'' I do not even know what to say about the mad titan. Whether I should pity him or hate him. Even this little thing is not clear. This particular person was scorned in his own planet for trying to save them. While his method was wrong his idea was truth. But in the nd he remain with nothing. ''
Thennher face was full of distaste. She said,'' And those coward and back sttaber skrulls. I do want them to be on any planet under us. And that is an order.''
And after that we talked about all the things we wanted to talk about.
