Coco had rushed to her bedroom to brush her teeth and change into new, clean clothing after what she had done in the first floor bathroom with Zaque.
The poor mediator was left shaking and gasping once she was finished— a beautiful sight for sore eyes.
She was so glad to see that the kitchen door was closed when she ran past it, carrying Zaque in her arms and taking him to his room because he couldn't walk after.
I think I was a little too rough with him.
She didn't care though. She needed to be distracted because the realization of her liking Kairo, when she had been firm about him not going to be added to their little family, sent a guilty feeling over her.
It was bad enough that she rejected Kairo because she didn't want to make the other mediators upset, but now, she wants to claim him as her own.
