"Coco?" Alhai called gently, his hands fondling Coco's waist and slowly slid them down to her hips.
"Hm?" Coco hummed, her eyelids fluttering open.
"Are you sleepy?" The mediator asked, his right hand sliding up on her spine to cradle the back of Coco's head. "Do you want me to read you a book? I heard it helps to lull people to sleep?"
Coco thought about it. Sure, she almost fell asleep on top of Alhai, but that's only because he was warm.
The voices in her head slowly became silent once she found a comfortable spot on top of him and couldn't help, but let herself relax, almost falling asleep in the process.
She thought about it, long and hard, before she shook her head.
"I'm fine." Coco mumbled, pressing her cheek against Alhai's chest and closed her eyes. "I'm waiting for Heiren and others.. I want to hug them, too."
Alhai raised an eyebrow and couldn't stop the corner of his lips from curling up.
