"Coco!"
Alithe's face lit up with relief and joy as he saw Coco emerging from the trees, his black eyes widened at the sight of her, his heart soaring with relief.
His shoulders visibly relaxed and he couldn't help, but let a small smile break out across his face.
He was so thankful that she was alive and unharmed, and he couldn't stop himself from letting out a sigh of relief at the feeling of a wave of relief washing over him at the sight of her.
"What took you so long? I thought something had happened to yo.." Alithe asked as he began walking towards her, but when he saw a small white creature cradled in her arms, the words died in his tongue with his footsteps halting.
He had not seen the creature at first because he was eager to check on Coco's state, but the creature moved, and now, his gaze was fixed on it.
He couldn't believe what he was seeing though.
