Grakmur already almost succumbed while wearing 4 rings, but as time passed and defeated more Nâzgul to wear their rings, his plan slowly faded away as couldn't deal with all the rings.
At the end, when he was near of reaching his goal, his mind was only the words of the rings.
A war burried Mordor once again, and armies of orcs marched and fought. Grakmur walked within carelessly, and as continued all went spectral and a lot of spectrals appeared quickly to start killing orcs, all of them including Grakmur wearing Nâzgul outfits. Talion, the Nâzgul, Isildur, Sauron and Celebrimbor.
But their outfits were different. The Nâzgul had a change of color with red outlines around the outfit; Sauron, Talion, and Celebrimbor were wearing a spectral heavy armor with red lines flowing within; and Grakmur was wearing a reinforced spectral armor with red lines within to the center forming in the middle a red empty heart from where a dark red and dark orange glow brighted.
Grakmur then decided to get rid of Celebrimbor and Sauron, and made his ring consume the new ring Celebrimbor forged when was with Talion, and then fuse to consume Sauron's ring. And then, decided to do a tournament, where only one of every tribe could have a winner, where the reward a Nâzgul ring for every tribe.
