You leave the Ruins after opening the door gates. In the other side, Snowdin awaits, and the freezing temperature instantly impacts on you, but you don't react, just grab your jacket with a tight grip.
Then, the frustration, and more deep on you, makes you focus on your hands, and in a sudden, you use fire magic, instantly drying the jacket.
You hesitate, surprised of what you just did, but you ignore it.
You then wear the jacket again, and continue moving through the path.
You continue through the path, everything in the sides the snowy trees.
After a moment, you get close to a small wood bridge, but you hear a stick break near behind you.
You turn around, but there's no one. After hesitating, your turn around, and continue, reaching the small wood bridge, but then you hear footsteps slowly approaching you.
You hesitate, as another cutscene started.
Shayy: "Chat, this is... I can't describe it. Yeah, this is pure cinema."
The black silhouette moved slowly behind the vessel, approaching slowly, but the vessel turned around careless, revealing instantly who the silhouette to be Sans.
Sans hesitated, surprised the vessel wasn't scared, and just turned around such careless.
Sans then lifted his right hand, offering a handshake.
Sans: "Welp, hey pal. Why don't you shake my hand? Or you don't know how to greet a new pal?"
The vessel hesitated, but then accepted to the handshake, and then, a fart was heard, and Sans started laughing.
Sans: "Hehe... the old whoope cushion in the hand trick. It's ALWAYS funny."
Sans then hesitated, as the vessel remained untouched, still holding Sans' hand.
Sans: "... that's, uh. Your cue to laugh. Or to emote at all...?"
The vessel then stared at Sans with a more serious expression.
Sans hesitated, now starting to sweat a little, and being slightly worried while looking away as thinks.
But then, in a sudden, the vessel pulls Sans closer, as pulls Sans' hand towards him, and then grabs Sans' skull with his left hand, and then quickly with his right hand.
Sans' pupils vanished, and grabbed the vessel's wrists, but the vessel quickly started pressing Sans' skull, and after a short moment, Sans' skull started cracking very slowly.
Sans then used his magic eye, as his left eye suddenly started flashing and glowing blue and yellow; then bones started appearing behind the vessel, attacking him from behind, but he didn't react. Then a Gaster Blaster, but the vessel simply took the blast, while continued cracking Sans' skull for a short moment, before he quickly moved his right hand and grabbed Sans' magic eye.
Then, from Sans' left eye socket, blue and yellow lighting started appearing, a reaction of the touch to the magic eye. The vessel tried to pull out the magic eye, but it was a very difficult task, but after a moment, the vessel reached to pull his right hand out, but...
He pulled it up, and broke Sans' skull, making the left top part of Sans' skull completely shattered and wide open.
Then, the vessel dropped Sans, and he fell down, and with a cold move, the vessel lifted his left leg, and stamped his left foot over Sans' skull, instantly cracking what was left, and Sans then dusted away.

* LORE:
The Eye wasn't just magic. It was identity.
When it fused with your soul, it didn't ask permission.
Now, it only sees forward... and through.
Sans used this Eye to track anomalies. Now you're the anomaly.
After checking it, you use it, and after using the ITEM, a cutscene started.
The vessel hold the Magic Eye with his right hand, and then, he placed it in front of his left eye, trying to figure out how to actually use it, as trying to find out a way to use it without losing his left eye.
But suddenly, the Magic Eye opens the back of itself. The vessel hesitated, observing it.
The Magic Eye was half white, except the pupil part, and the inside was empty with overflow of fade trails of magic non visible.
The vessel hesitated, wondering if should, but quickly moved it in front of his left eye. He tried to to make it fit, but was very complicated, and so...
He did it in a rush, to do it or never. And so, he simply pulled it in, somehow not piercing anything as the Magic Eye closed as was being introduced, surrounding his left eye, but once it surrounded his left eye, the Magic Eyes suddenly pierced his left eye with surgical precision, not mechanically, but with the overflow of magic.
He fell down, it was a pain way higher than any other. Brutal, constant, harsh... Words get low in comparison to how it really feels like, but he didn't yell, only trembled in the snow while trying to endure it.
After a moment, he remained laying on the ground, breathing heavily, before getting up, and blinking, trying to get used to how his left eye feels.
Then, the cutscene ends, and you move to continue to the next room.
