"You can leave now!" Nami said coldly.

"Haha, alright, you did it. I, Arlong, am not one to go back on my word." Arlong loudly said, waving his hand as he was about to turn and leave.

But at that moment, a sinister smile appeared at the corner of his mouth, and his right hand grabbed the revolver at his waist, pulling it out and aiming it straight at Nami.

"Watch out!"

"Nami!"

Nojiko shouted angrily from behind as she rushed over. Nami was stunned for a moment, then suddenly turned around.

Bang!

The gunshot rang out, the bullet roaring out of the barrel straight towards Nami.

At that instant, a fierce wind suddenly blew, and Nami's figure swiftly slid three feet sideways.

Arlong's expression changed sharply as he stared ahead.

A figure abruptly appeared there. Because of the high speed, the fierce wind blowing towards his face made Arlong squint his eyes.

"Leaving without a word doesn't seem very nice, Nami!" A calm voice came forth. Qin Yi looked up and stared at Arlong.

Coldness and killing intent filled his eyes.

"See, now you've run into a bad guy, haven't you?"

Nami stared up in disbelief upon seeing the newcomer and exclaimed, "Uncle!"

"Step aside. I'll handle these people."

Releasing Nami, Qin Yi fixed his gaze on Arlong and his gang.

"Oh, calling for backup, huh!" Arlong was surprised but still sneered with scorn and disdain.

Humans are inherently at a disadvantage against fishmen; their physical strength is simply on a different level. He didn't care at all.

But just as that thought crossed his mind, the young man before him suddenly twisted his body and then vanished.

Immediately, the fierce wind hit like sharp blades.

In an instant, the young man's face rapidly grew larger, now right before Arlong. Startled, Arlong tried to dodge.

"So fast!" Qin Yi suddenly clenched his fist and punched out.

Bang!

The heavy sound of the punch echoed, even A-Jian and the others felt it shake their entire bodies.

"Super Strength Fist!" Qin Yi muttered under his breath.

His eyes locked coldly on Arlong.

"Beating someone like you really feels best with fists!"

Arlong's face changed drastically, waves of dizziness hitting him. He felt numb from the chest down; his muscles and bones seemed shattered by the punch. Blood dripped quickly from the corner of his mouth.

He wanted to speak but couldn't.

The person in front of him was too strong! Even beyond his imagination!

Then, he saw a large hand quickly cover his face. His heart sank with a bad feeling.

Qin Yi pressed one hand onto Arlong's face, who was much taller than him, his expression cold as he suddenly pushed downwards.

Boom!

With his palm pressing down towards the ground, his body bent forward, and his palm slammed directly onto the earth, sending dust flying everywhere.

Looking back at the ground, Arlong was now coughing up blood, eyes glazed over—Qin Yi's palm had pressed him straight into the ground.

And the spot was exactly where Nami had hidden her treasure.

"I wonder if you're satisfied with your grave, but… You don't have a choice!" Qin Yi said calmly, slowly standing up and looking back at the remaining fishmen.

That single look immediately silenced the rest of the fishmen.

Arlong had just been taken down with one palm—what kind of terrifying power and strength must that be? Just thinking about it made them tremble all over.

Taking a step forward, Qin Yi charged back into the fishmen.

Dealing with these small fries took only a few seconds, and the battle was completely over.

Later, A-Jian and the others arrived and, seeing Qin Yi and the fallen fishmen scattered on the ground, felt as if they were in a dream.

Nami stared at Arlong lying lifeless on the ground, speechless for a long time.

She had never imagined Qin Yi possessed such terrifying strength.

Afterward, Qin Yi sat together with the people of Cocoyasi Village and accepted their sincere gratitude, filling several large crates with oranges. Also, as Bell-mère's younger brother, he was reunited with the villagers and gained a niece, Nojiko.

Two days later, Qin Yi's Royal Ship set sail, bidding farewell to Nami.

Although he was this little girl's uncle, Qin Yi hadn't really attracted Nami to sail with him, which made this Qin secretly sigh that his charm still had room for improvement.

"Qing You, tell me the itinerary ahead." On board the Royal Ship, Qin Yi leaned against the Royal Seat and quietly asked.

Buggy was bored, sitting at the ship's edge fishing, while Sanji kept kicking, practicing the Body Technique (Taijutsu) that Qin Yi had taught him.

In the Naruto world, there are many powerful Body Techniques (Taijutsu), and Sanji was practicing one of those.

"Since the ship is well-supplied, we will sail directly through Logue Town, cross Reverse Mountain, and head straight to the Grand Line."

"In addition, the reconnaissance team has already reached the waters near Alabasta and is expected to begin preparations soon."

"The Royal Ship will continue sailing nonstop until reaching Alabasta, where it will rendezvous with the scouts."

Qing You said calmly.

"Alabasta?" Qin Yi's gaze sharpened as he pondered.

The purpose of coming to this world was clear: to build a nation, then expand its influence, becoming a Yonko-level power and ultimately achieving conquest. Along the way, his goal was to recruit those with the potential or who already were Experts.

Other matters were less important. Once he fulfilled the regrets and hopes left from his previous life, Qin Yi's purpose would become very simple.

"Once Alabasta is stabilized, our next target will be Skypiea!" Qing You continued.

"God, Enel." Qin Yi said in a low voice.

"That's right!" Qing You nodded.

Without a doubt, Enel was someone who must be recruited. His Goro Goro no Mi (Rumble-Rumble Fruit) and his development potential were highly valued by the Parliamentary Institute. Unlike Buggy, they considered Enel a truly talented individual.

"Then let's depart!" Qin Yi had no objections to Qing You's plan.

Many decisions made by the Parliamentary Institute were carefully considered and generally free of major issues. Qin Yi only needed to think them over briefly before following them without dissent.

At the same time, near the seas of Alabasta—

A massive warship cruised forward, emitting a deep "woo-woo" sound, releasing thick black steam into the sky.

Unlike most ships in this world, it was a steel-built battleship. Its very appearance was intimidating, and the numerous gun barrels arranged along its hull gleamed with a cold, menacing light that sent chills down one's spine.

Sailing above the sea, it could be said to reign unchallenged; passing pirates did not dare to collide with it.

Huge, majestic, and formidable! Because of this, it attracted the attention of most people.

Behind it stretched countless tiny black dots as far as the eye could see. Judging by their shapes, they were wooden sailing ships of this world's style.

Together, they formed a vast, fearsome fleet.
