A spark of fire erupted from Qin Yi's mouth, rapidly expanding like a balloon being blown up. In just two or three seconds, the fireball had grown to a diameter of a hundred meters. Its heat was intense, resembling the sun, distorting the very air around it.

"Sizzle, Sizzle, Sizzle!"

Before anyone could react, the avalanche slammed into the massive fireball. The snow and ice disintegrated the moment they touched the flames, evaporating into white mist that swirled upward into the air.

Qin Yi stood calmly, his figure now framed by the immense fireball. As the avalanche continued to fall, it split around him, sweeping down either side. In the center, the white mist rose in a thick cloud.

Within the ancient temple, O'Connell, General Yang, and the others watched in stunned silence, their jaws agape as they witnessed the scene unfolding before them.

"Lin, are you certain we can stop someone like this?" O'Connell asked in disbelief.

Lin pressed her lips together, unable to form a response. The figure before them had transcended human limits. His power far exceeded anything she could fathom. Was the Dragon Emperor of legend truly this formidable?

"Your Majesty!" General Yang muttered, his fists clenched in excitement.

He knew he had made the right choice in following this man. With such a powerful emperor at the helm, once restored to his peak, the world would surely bend to his will. And as a loyal servant, he would reap unimaginable rewards.

The avalanche gradually subsided, and Qin Yi ended his Ninjutsu with a deep exhale.

"Without breaking the seal, my strength will never reach its full potential."

His eyes gleamed with resolve as he leapt from the Golden Pagoda, landing effortlessly before O'Connell and the others.

"As descendants of my people, do you truly intend to stop me from unifying the world and cleansing its chaos?" His voice was heavy with authority, his gaze fixed on Lin.

"You're a tyrant! If you unify the world, it will be destroyed!" Lin found her courage and shouted defiantly.

"Is that what she told you? How laughable!" Qin Yi sneered, his expression turning cold as he took a step forward.

"Boom!"

The ground trembled beneath their feet, and to their horror, the temple collapsed. Cracks spiderwebbed across the ground, sending tremors through the air.

"What I wish to accomplish, no one can stop!" His voice was as majestic as a king's decree, and it sent shivers through O'Connell and the others.

"This world will be unified, one script, one language, one standard!"

Without another word, Qin Yi turned and strode forward, heading toward Shangri-La. General Yang exchanged a glance with O'Connell and the others before quickly following suit.

He knew that, in the eyes of His Majesty, these people were nothing more than ants, whether they lived or died held no significance.

As they journeyed through the Himalayas, Qin Yi moved effortlessly through the harsh terrain. Meanwhile, General Yang and the other mortals struggled.

The winds howled, the snow piled high, and the narrow path threatened to swallow them whole. Several times, soldiers teetered on the edge of falling to their deaths, only to be pulled back from the brink by Qin Yi's steady hand.

Their near-death experiences made them realize that the legendary Dragon Emperor was not the cruel tyrant they had imagined. His actions deepened their loyalty to him. Three hours later, they reached the mountain's summit, where the entrance to Shangri-La awaited them.

"Your Majesty, there!" General Yang exclaimed, pointing excitedly at the entrance amidst the snowstorm.

"Mm," Qin Yi nodded, his eyes shining. His terracotta body felt cumbersome, limiting his full potential.

"Stay close and be cautious," He reminded them, his simple words instilling a sense of warmth and respect in his soldiers' hearts.

As a ruler, Qin Yi understood that even the smallest gestures of care could foster fierce loyalty. His power and status commanded respect, but it was his thoughtfulness that ensured their devotion.

With a swift movement, Qin Yi bent his knees and launched himself forward, leaping with ease up the steep mountain ridges. Each jump carried him dozens of meters higher, his feet finding purchase on rocks and cliffs as he ascended.

"Your Majesty is incredible!" The soldiers murmured in awe.

In no time, Qin Yi reached the entrance to Shangri-La and disappeared inside.

The entrance was simple, like any other cave, but upon stepping through, it revealed a completely different world.

Qin Yi surveyed his surroundings, and before him stood a crystal-clear spring. It was undoubtedly the legendary Mythical Water.

"Is this the water that grants eternal life?" Qin Yi mused aloud. He was skeptical. If this water truly held the power to fulfill the dreams of countless cultivators, then this world would be far from ordinary. It would be something far more profound, an existence that defied the mundane.

Such a leap in life forms, a transcendence to a new realm, would place him at least at the Starlight level.

"This means the Mythical Water has certain limitations."

A glimmer of understanding flashed in Qin Yi's eyes as he took a step forward, his gaze fixed on the unfolding world ahead.

Before him stretched a landscape of beautiful forests, sparkling rivers, and vast grasslands. The entire scene shimmered with an ethereal glow, resembling a paradise untouched by the outside world, brimming with mysteries and wonders waiting to be discovered.

"You've actually come back to life!" Suddenly, a cold female voice rang out, and a figure materialized, drifting toward him.

"Zi Yuan." With a swift motion, Qin Yi raised his hand and shattered the sword she held, delivering a powerful punch to her abdomen.

"How could your power have grown this much?" Zi Yuan crumpled to the ground, shocked and bewildered. Having lived for two thousand years, she had encountered Qin Yi before, back in the ancient era. But the emperor she had known then was nowhere near this formidable.

"I have been reborn."

Qin Yi's cold gaze swept over Zi Yuan before he stepped into the waters of the Mythical Water. His eyes gleamed with determination, he intended to personally experience the full extent of this legendary water that promised eternal life.

In the Dragon Emperor World, Qin Yi had no time to waste. His objectives were simple and direct: to claim the land and people of this world, to assume the title of Dragon Emperor, and to employ his Undead Legion in his quest to unify the world.

What intrigued him most, and also placed pressure on him, were the pirates they were heading toward.

To Qin Yi, pirates and Hokage, though both at the Starlight level, represented merely a small fraction of the immense power and strange abilities this world contained. There was far more to uncover in this realm.

For now, however, Qin Yi focused on the powers the Mythical Water had bestowed upon him.
