"Alrisa said she would be here to pick me up at six."
Kael mentioned with a sneaky smile and in an instant, Lavinia paused.
"You are really enjoying this, aren't you?"
She called out as she turned around with a 'slight' smile on her face. A smile that made Kael nervous for some reason.
"W-What do you mean?"
Kael tried to keep his composure.
"This Alrisa, I mean. The two of you seem to have gotten quite close, haven't you?"
"It is nothing like that. We are in an unfamiliar place and she knows all about it. She can answer all the questions we have, almost all of what I told you was what she told me."
He tried to explain himself. For an instant, he was regretting bringing Alrisa's name up again. He knew it wasn't a good decision to begin with, but he just couldn't resist the thought of teasing the Princess a little.
