The giant robot was different from No. 16. It was entirely a robot, or rather, a metalman. It had no flesh and blood or bones; it only had a furnace, a power transmission system, and a body of steel and metal.
It wasn't a lifeform modified after birth, but rather naturally born this way.
This guy couldn't speak, so Ino brought out the same energy she used when facing her old pal the Shinigami back in the day, gesturing wildly at it.

The giant metalman observed Ino through the two alloy lenses on its head. After thinking carefully for a moment, it seemed to realize she was not to be trifled with and shook its head continuously. A pillar of smoke over half a meter high erupted from the steam pipe on top of its head, accompanied by "Woo, woo, woo" sounds.
Ino guessed, "Are you preparing to exchange a few blows with me?"
The giant metalman shook its head with a very large range of motion, and even more smoke billowed from its steam pipe.
"You... you're saying no?"
"Woo, woo, woo!"
"Not that either? Then is it anger?"
"Woo, woo, woo..."
"Still wrong? Happiness? Sadness?"
"Woo, woo, woo, woo, woo!"
Ino guessed seven or eight times in a row before finally understanding: this giant metalman got nervous the moment it saw her, and whenever it got nervous, its steam pipe would spew smoke.
"What kind of problem is this..." Ino scratched her head a bit. She wasn't an unreasonable person. It was an ownerless planet; if she took it for the Super Dragon Ball, no one could say anything about it. But now there was intelligent life on the planet's surface. To uphold her reputation as a lawful Supreme Kai, she had to resolve this matter properly.
