In the depths of the dimension, Kaguya Otsutsuki also found a juvenile Ten-Tails, guessing that it had been cultivated over many years from Ten-Tails cells Isshiki collected when he escaped back then.
Without a word, she had the Ten-Tails in her body devour the young one.
It was almost impossible for Kaguya and her son to embrace and cry, but their relationship didn't deteriorate further either. Rounding it up, you could say the conflict was resolved.
Everyone returned to the ninja world.

What about the chakra she absorbed with the Infinite Tsukuyomi and God: Nativity of a World of Trees? There was nothing to be done about it.
In the original timeline, when Kaguya Otsutsuki was sealed, this portion of chakra was never recovered either. The overall strength of the ninja world declined significantly a decade later, which was partly related to her taking so much chakra with her.
As expected and as was reasonable, Uchiha Madara also left with Kaguya Otsutsuki. He wanted to see what level the so-called Momoshiki and Kinshiki were at and was even more interested in the relics of the Otsutsuki God. The answers to these things were not in the ninja world, but in the depths of the universe.
Standing beside Kaguya, he sneered twice. "Zetsu, we still need to properly settle our score."

Senju Hashirama didn't stop his closest friend. It was indeed difficult to know what to do with Uchiha Madara. His own life was down to a few hours. To expect Madara to turn over a new leaf and start anew in just a few hours? That was completely unrealistic.
