Chapter 549: Is Might Guy Sick?
Ino visited all of her subordinates. Their injuries varied in severity, but their morale was fine. The enemy was Madara Uchiha, not some random nobody. It was normal to be defeated. If they couldn't get over that, they might as well not be alive.
The Konoha Hospital was her territory, in a way. Like a doctor on rounds, she made her way through, finally meeting up with Hinata to visit the injured Neji.
Although Might Guy had blocked the fatal blow, Neji had taken a direct kick from Madara Uchiha, and his injuries were quite severe.
At that time, Madara had used almost his full strength. The severity of this injury was greater than that of Hayate Gekko and Aoba Yamashiro.
Fortunately, ninja were tough. A taijutsu user like Neji was physically stronger than a ninjutsu user. After treatment from a medical-nin, all he needed was rest.

Ino thought for a moment. "It should be a unique ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan."
She guessed that this black flame was probably Amaterasu. Considering the other two Amaterasu users, Madara Uchiha was likely using Fugaku Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan.
All three of them, father and sons, have Amaterasu? Tsk, tsk, how badly do you want to burn down Konoha Village!
Ino continued her awkward chat with Hinata and Neji. Suddenly, a powerful shout came from outside the ward.
"Lady Tsunade, I'm really not sick! My body is very healthy!" Might Guy was running in a panic in front, with an angry Tsunade chasing after him.
"Guy, stop right there! You're a patient, you need to rest quietly! Ino, help me stop him!"

Tsunade anesthetized Might Guy and then thoroughly examined the noble beast's head.
Ino rubbed her wrist and came over to see the results.
The various test results were laid out, and even she could see the problem.
Might Guy's physical data when he opened the sixth gate was completely different from his normal physical data.
"Teacher, does this mean...?"
Tsunade was very serious. "Guy's condition is very serious. He forgot Madara's name and only remembers that a battle took place. This is not the quality a Konoha jonin should have.
