She immediately hit the call button as Anna's number displayed on her screen in a call mode.
Meanwhile, Anna, who had sent Trisha a message, wanted to drop the phone when she saw Trisha calling. However, Oscar appeared out of nowhere and snatched the phone out of her hands.
"You barely just recovered Anna."
His tone was commanding, instantly reminding her of Carlos and how she had deeply missed him.
Although it felt like yesterday when he had gone away, it's already been two months and Oscar refused to say anything about him so without putting up a fight, she asked him.
"It's been two months already… Where is Carlos?"
Oscar immediately avoided her question. "Have you eaten? Let me go prepare warm soup for you. It's good for your health."
He stood up and turned to leave, but Anna said softly. "You did not answer the question I just asked."
