Ivan stares at the sea monster floating in front of him, then slowly turns toward the two Miller guards following behind him in the small fishing boat. Beyond them, several fishermen stand near the shore, watching the scene with expressions of complete disbelief.
Nobody seems to know what to say. The creature that has terrorized their waters for years is lying motionless across the surface of the sea, its enormous body already separated into two clean sections.
Only a few moments earlier, Cersi had been flying low over the water, deliberately drawing the creature toward the surface. Silurith had emerged with startling speed, its massive body breaking through the waves as it lunged toward the red dragon.
Ivan had expected another difficult battle, especially after fighting the Kraken and witnessing Thessaly destroy Erebos with a single devastating strike. Instead, the moment Silurith exposed itself, Ivan had drawn his sword, reinforced the blade with aura, and struck once.
