Pupitar Precipice Blades locked onto the already injured Ampharos.
The Politoed, relying on the powerful attack boost from Belly Drum and its own speed, circled Shakira without engaging in close combat.
All Electric-type moves were actively absorbed by Shakira upon approach.
The true power of Precipice Blades lay in its overwhelming force.
Though Pupitar's Precipice Blades was an imperfect imitation compared to Groudon's, it was more than enough for this battle.
Bang!
A searing pain erupted from the Ampharos's lower body.
The Ampharos rolled its eyes, its mind going blank as it immediately lost the ability to fight.
"Hiss—"
Witnessing the attack, Raichu and the Jolteon nearby felt a chill run down their spines.
Even if they could flee, they didn't dare move a muscle.
Pupitar, with its Ground-type advantage, completely nullified their Electric-type attacks, standing firm as it relentlessly unleashed Precipice Blades.
The Politoed continued weaving around Pupitar, using only ranged moves, amplified by Belly Drum for devastating effect.
The true clash, however, was with Mega Aggron and Mega Blaziken.
After Mega Evolving, Aggron didn't just gain physical strength—its energy control and burst power had also drastically improved.
Stone Edge, a Rock-type move, was devastating against the Flying-type Crobat.
As Aoki had predicted, the jagged stones swirled in erratic arcs, relentlessly pelting the Crobat as it darted through the air.
At first, evasion was possible, but as the barrage intensified, the Crobat's movements grew sluggish.
Meanwhile, Blaziken swung its four flame-wreathed wrists, its entire body engulfed in blazing fire.
As it sprinted, its speed escalated, the flames shifting from red to orange, then light yellow, and finally a searing gold.
To the untrained eye, it didn't resemble a typical Fire-type move.
But the charred earth in its wake betrayed the sheer heat radiating from it.
Manectric was no slouch in speed, yet against the accelerating Blaziken, it stood no chance.
Boom!
A direct hit!
The combined force of Swords Dance and Flare Blitz sent Manectric hurtling backward.
Screeeech—
The Blaziken skidded to a halt, its momentum barely contained.
Flare Blitz's recoil had taken its toll, but the damage paled in comparison to the Manectric's state.
"Aggron, Rock Slide! Knock that Crobat out of the sky!"
"Blaziken, press the advantage—Blaze Kick!"
Aoki barked orders to his Pokémon.
Mega Evolution had a time limit—he needed to end this quickly.
Though he could sustain it for three minutes, pushing beyond that would leave him incapacitated.
A minute had already passed.
Sensing the urgency, Aggron and Blaziken surged with renewed energy.
The Manectric, still reeling, barely managed to stand—only to see a golden-flamed foot hurtling toward it.
Bang—
Another brutal kick sent it flying.
Manectric's thoughts blurred into one: Am I being toyed with?
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The force didn't stop at impact.
It plowed through three trees, the splintered trunks smoldering from the lingering flames.
Manectric was down!
While Blaziken dealt with Manectric, Aggron shifted tactics against Crobat.
The four jagged stone pillars finally ensnared the bat, slamming it into the ground.
Now immobilized, Crobat was at Aggron's mercy.
"Aggron, Heavy Slam! Follow with Earthquake—finish it with Iron Tail!"
Aoki aimed to test a new combo in battle.
Heavy Slam and Earthquake.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Aggron's sheer weight made the earth tremble with every step.
The trapped Crobat writhed desperately, its panic spiking as Aggron loomed closer.
Am I about to get crushed?!
Just as Aggron reached it, Crobat wrenched free—but too late.
Aggron's claw clamped around its leg.
The Crobat flapped wildly, but Aggron didn't budge.
In a last-ditch effort, it bit down—
Clang!
Its fangs met steel-like skin.
The Crobat's face twisted in despair.
This is unfair!
Aggron ignored the futile attack, raising its other fist.
The two metallic limbs collided with a deafening clang, the Crobat sandwiched between them.
Dizziness overwhelmed the bat as Aggron executed Aoki's command:
Heavy Slam + Earthquake.
It hurled Crobat into the ground, then leaped—
Boom—!
Boom!!
Two concussive shocks erupted as Aggron landed, Earthquake's energy rippling outward.
Then—
Crash!
The Iron Tail finale.
Aggron had followed orders to the letter.
The crater left behind was massive, the Crobat embedded deep within, blood oozing from its body.
Without immediate treatment, it wouldn't last a minute.
Aggron's weight, combined with its raw power, was terrifying.
In under two minutes, two of Regis's Elite Four-level Pokémon had been obliterated.
Now, the two-on-four skirmish between Pupitar and Politoed had become two-on-two—Ampharos and Raichu were already defeated.
