(S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier)
"Hill?"
"Yes sir?"
"Any word on the so-called Fairy King?" Fury asked.
"No sir, he is still able to hide from us." Hill explained.
"We've been trying to catch this guy for a year and we've been a step behind him until last night." Fury said.
"Well, he might've known we were watching him and gave his name deliberately." Hill said.
Fury gave her a deadpan look.
"Sorry sir, we'll increase our efforts to locate, contact, and if needed, neutralize him." Hill said.
"That's what I like to hear. Now, recap, what do we already know?" Fury asked.
"We know he can fly, has some telekinetic ability, and can shapeshift. That last ability has been what's making it the hardest to find him, we don't even know what he actually looks like" Hill explained.
"What looks do we already know about?" Fury asked.
"We know he has the form of a tall skinny man with long black hair and blue eyes, a small kid like form with short red hair and golden eyes, a tall skinny man with long red hair and golden eyes, and a tall fat man with the same short red hair and golden eyes as the other two forms but with prominent stumble on his face and an overtly large nose.
We believe the last three forms are similar on purpose so we can't determine which is his true identity and they could honestly all be a fake identity." Hill explained receiving a frown from Fury who seemed very frustrated at not knowing who this new powerful enhanced is.
"Keep monitoring this Fairy King, and keep me posted on any changes." Fury finally said after thinking deeply for a minute or two.
"Yes sir." Hill replied simply as she went back to what she was doing.
'This anomaly has me very concerned. He seems to be someone firmly on the side of justice, but takes matters into his own hands being judge, jury, and executioner. At least for now, he will be considered a potential candidate for the Avengers Initiative, failing that, an ally.' Fury thought to himself.

(Meanwhile in an underground bunker at Camp Lehigh)
*What do we know about this Fairy King character?* Alexander Pierce asked his resident genius, Arnim Zola.
*He is an unknown variable, I will continue to monitor his movements and actions for the foreseeable future to determine his identity, and failing that, determine if he is a threat to our plans. If he is, he will be terminated.* Zola replied.
*Good, keep me updated Zola. Hail Hydra.* Pierce said.
*Hail Hydra* Zola replied before the communication connection was ended.
While all this was happening in the background, Dean was going about his day generally oblivious of the moves being made behind the scenes. While he knew what was most likely happening with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra, as he knew their basic personalities due to his meta knowledge.
He didn't know exactly what was going on especially since this world isn't solely the MCU that he knows, but he had a general idea of what he was dealing with and that was enough.
It was this idea he had, that made him so cautious about keeping his identity a secret. But this wouldn't stop him from going out every night to take out some bad guys. The more he experiments with his powers, in this case, his Sacred Treasure. The faster he'd increase his template percentage.
He had an idea of what would happen once he reached 100% but to confirm his hypothesis, he'd have to reach 100%.
The best part about reaching 100%, aside from whatever benefits he'd receive from reaching it, was that he'd get to roll for another template increasing his power even more.
Even while he was going out every night, he did come to a realization about himself. It all happened about two days ago.

I had been following up on a lead I had regarding The Hand and had found another one of their warehouses and planned to massacre everyone inside.
I had decided to use my Heart Reading skill to determine if there were any traps or if they were aware of me at all, but what u discovered shook me to my core as I realized something about myself that I seemed to have glossed over.
As I had activated the skill I heard the thoughts of two different Hand enforcers.
The other enforcer had similar thoughts.
This was not what I expected to hear from the evil enforcers of a terrifying organization like The Hand.
Although everything that these guys had gone through to become loyal members of the Hand, and the doctrine they had been trained to follow, they were just like ordinary people with lives and hobbies.
It put things in perspective for me.
It's easy to forget that behind all the malice and grand schemes of their masters, these people are still the victims (for the most part).
In addition, each of them are individuals and just because they work for The Hand, it doesn't make them the embodiment of evil.
Everyone has their own circumstances and what seems simple on the surface, rarely is. As usual, things are a lot more complicated.
I, to my great shame, in a fit of emotion after finding out more and more horrible things The Hand had done, had forgotten that simple truth and began to stigmatize everyone involved in the organization.
This is wrong, each person is unique in his or her own way and it is unreasonable to paint them all the same way.
I didn't want to be that kind of person so from now on I'd try to be fairer and keep my impulses under control.
First I would try to understand the situation, then think about placing labels. This isn't to say I'll be pulling my punches from now on, but I won't kill them indiscriminately.
I'd say I'll probably keep a Batmanesque policy where I beat them so they can't fight back but I'll kill the irredeemable assholes like Madame Gao.
I'm going to kill her without a hint of mercy and I'm going to enjoy breaking her down and making sure she dies slowly and painfully and I can't wait to watch that cocky smile fade from her face
