An Elemental Soul Core was a Soul Core condensed from the possessor's affinity and comprehension of the universal Elemental Laws. The Elemental Core is common among Spirit Masters and Spirit Beasts with Element-related Martial Souls or Law Comprehension.
The Golden Crocodile Douluo was too relatively swift in the re-condensation of the 1st Soul Core. As the peak Hyper Douluo of the Spirit Rank 98, he was also someone who stood at the pinnacle of the Douluo Continent and was one of the most powerful people on the Douluo Continent.
Like Qian Daoliu, this entire thing with the condensation of the Soul Core was like a breeze for the Golden Crocodile Douluo, as Jin Eyu finished the process very fast. It was a tad slower than the Holy Seraphim Douluo because Qian Daoliu was still a Limit Douluo of Spirit Rank 99.
In just a few tens of minutes, Jin Eyu was finished with the re-condensation of the 1st Soul Core, and it was evident that his power had increased a lot. Soon enough, Hun Tiandi felt a burst of powerful Spirit Energy coming from his body, but this one was golden in color.
That was related to his Golden Crocodile King Martial Soul.
Unfortunately, as everyone predicted, this wasn't enough to break through to the Spirit Rank 99, but that was respectable because breaking through to the Spirit Rank 99 and becoming a Demigod was an extremely hard thing to do that required enormous talent, even hard work, and a lot of luck to achieve that.
Still, the Golden Crocodile Douluo, like Qian Daoliu, looked rejuvenated by a good degree and even looked younger by a few years. And exactly like Qian Daoliu, Jin Eyu also went immediately to re-condense his 2nd Soul Core right away because he was in pristine condition to do so.
Hun Tiandi knew that Jin Eyu also bore the Bloodline of the Golden Crocodile and could condense something called the Bloodline Core. This was an entirely new concept of the Bloodline in the Douluo Continent, but on the other hand, it was also pretty similar to the Bloodlines in the Dou Qi Continent.
Yet, it was also pretty different at the same time.
In the Dou Qi Continent, the Bloodlines were very important for the Dou Practioners, especially those of the Eight Ancient Clans that were descended from the Dou God Bloodline, and the grade of their Bloodline represented their potential and future cultivation limit.
At the Douluo Continent, it was a bit different. The creation of the Bloodline Core occurred naturally during the cultivation of organisms with high enough Bloodline Essence concentration, with the Core purity dependent on Bloodline purity.
It can be condensed at any time if the concentration is high enough. The Bloodline Core does not follow the rules of standard Soul Cores and only restores Bloodline Essence over time. However, because of the source, this Soul Core can help evolve both the possessor's physique and Spiritual Realm.
The Spirit Hall actually had a few Clans in it, with the most prominent being the Qian Clan, which had the Martial Soul Seraphim. Another of the important and prominent Clans of the Spirit Hall was the Jin Clan, which had the Bloodline of the Golden Crocodile and inherited the Golden Crocodile Martial Soul.
Due to this, the Spirit Masters of the Jin Clan were leaning towards Body Refining as a large part of their cultivation, and they were physically strongest in the Spirit Hall. Even right now, Jin Eyu was several levels above even Qian Daoliu in the aspect of pure raw physical strength.
With the Bloodline Core, Jin Eyu's power would increase once more, and the moment he reached the Spirit Rank 99, he would instantly become extremely powerful, even compared to the other Demigods.
Thus, everyone was waiting for Jin Eyu to re-condense his 2nd Soul Core and hopefully reach the Spirit Rank 99, even though it was highly unlikely. The re-condensation of the 2nd Soul Core was faster than the 1st one because it had already gone through the entire procedure.
"Hmm... within a few months, I should be able to reach the Spirit Rank 99."
Jin Eyu muttered as he finished the procedure of re-condensation of the 2nd Soul Core. Hearing what the Jin Eyu said elated the other Worship Elders of the Douluo Consecration Hall because soon enough, they would have another Demigod in their ranks.
Rarely was there more than one Spirit Rank 99 Limit Douluo in the Spirit Hall. The last time it happened was many, many centuries ago, and it was regarded as the golden age of the Spirit Hall.
Even one Demigod was enough to become the top faction across the Douluo Continent, and right now, it seemed that another golden age for the Spirit Hall would be coming. In the past years, the Spirit Hall was in a rather difficult position because the other factions were getting too strong too fast.
That was something that was troubling all other Worship Elders of the Douluo Consecration Hall because it meant that sooner or later, one of the other factions would have the power to rival them.
It was already troublesome than enough that the Tang Sect had one of the last living Demigods in the Douluo Continent. Even though Tang Chen disappeared long ago, it was something that was troubling them rather deeply.
Only with the Limit Titled Douluo of the Spirit Rank 99 was it enough to preserve the top position among the other factions of the Titled Douluos. For the Grand Worship, this was indeed a joyous occasion because he was aware that the need for another of the Worship Elders to reach the Spirit Rank 99 was stronger than ever.
Everything was possible only due to the efforts of Hun Tiandi, who created the methods and means for the Titled Douluo to break their constraints and create a new branch of Soul Cores.
"Then congratulations are in the place, Second Brother."
Qian Daoliu congratulated Jin Eyu because it seemed that another Limit Douluo was just a matter of time. Soon enough, the Spirit Hall would get stronger once again, and it was possible that with the creation of the Soul Core, even the other Worship Elders would have a good shot at reaching the Limit Douluo Spirit Rank 99.
For Qian Daoliu, who was very knowledgeable about the Spirit Energy Cultivation System, he understood very well that having proper Soul Cores was one of the most basic and fundamental requirements for a Spirit Master to reach the Spirit Rank 99.
"It would take some time, but I can feel that the constraints that were preventing me from reaching the Demigod are now gone."
Jin Eyu could feel that he wasn't far from reaching the Demigod Rank. The Soul Cores were a great help in that, while they were not enough to reach the Spirit Rank 99 on their own, but at the same time, they removed the limitations imposed on him and now he wouldn't meet any obstacles on his path.
"With this, we can conclude that the method of creation of the Soul Cores is safe and can be used by anyone. All Worship Elders should immediately undergo the procedure, and afterward, this would be given to all Titled Douluos of the Spirit Hall."
Qian Daoliu said with the voice of authority because the number of the Worship Elders of the Douluo Consecration Hall was much smaller compared to the overall number of the Titled Douluos of the Spirit Hall.
Obviously, it wouldn't be smart to let all of their Titled Douluo start the process at the same time because he knew that many would immediately go and break through to the higher Spirit Rank.
It was even possible that some of the Cardinals of the Supreme Pontiff Palace would be able to immediately reach the new Spirit Ranks, and some even became Hyper Douluo by crossing to the Spirit Rank 95.
This would collectively increase the strength of the Spirit Hall by leaps and bounds, which was already set in stone. Coupled with the other advancements that Hun Tiandi proposed for the Spirit Hall, it was clear that the Spirit Hall had a bright future ahead.
Hun Tiandi, who learned from the many mistakes of the Hall of Souls and the Hun Clan, knew that the Spirit Hall was his foundation and base to grow stronger and more powerful.
The starting point was already much better than anyone could think because the Spirit Hall environment was much better. At least the members of the Spirit Hall didn't try to kill each other at every possible moment.

One Year Later, Spirit City, Spirit Hall, Douluo Consecration Hall
One year later, the good news spread across the Spirit Hall that the Second Worship Elder, Golden Crocodile Douluo Jin Eyu, has reached the Spirit Rank 99 Limit Douluo.
This was indeed a joyous occasion for the Spirit Hall, but the news was available only to the Titled Douluos of the Spirit Hall. Nobody really wanted this news to get out outside of the Spirit Hall because that could be, technically speaking, relatively dangerous.
Even right now, many were worrying about the power of the Spirit Hall as it was strongest faction of the Douluo Continent with the highest number of Titled Douluos, so if everyone learned that the Spirit Hall now had two Limit Douluos of Spirit Rank 99, it could have dire consequences.
Even right now, especially in the Heaven Dou Empire, various sects and factions were rather united against the Spirit Hall, which was already rather problematic. While in terms of national power, the Star Luo Empire was more militaristic and stronger when it came to military and so on, in terms of the Titled Douluo, the Heaven Dou Empire had a serious advantage.
Clear Sky Clan, Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan and Blue Lighting Tyrant Dragon Clan had more Titled Douluo than the entire Star Luo Empire.
Their Titled Douluos were rather strong, coupled with a few Titled Douluos from the other Lower Sects of the Heaven Dou Empire; they represented a certain power balance to the Spirit Hall.
Within the depths of the Spirit Hall, Bibi Dong was reviewing the information that was submitted to the Papal Palace from the Douluo Consecration Hall about the formation of the Soul Cores.
During the past weeks, several of the Worship Elders have undergone the process of the Soul Core re-condensation, and many of them even managed to increase their Spirit Ranks after condensing the Soul Cores.
Bibi Dong herself was very powerful at the Spirit Rank 98 and only a step away from reaching the Limit Douluo Rank. She knew that this was Hun Tiandi's work and that it was genius-level work.
During the past few years, many of Hun Tiandi's ideas have brought countless advantages and "power-ups" for the members of the Spirit Hall.
Nobody really knew that Bibi Dong was the Divine Inheritor of the Rakshasa God.
The Rakshasa God is the 1st Class God of the Douluo Divine Realm, not to be confused with the God King, God of Evil. The Rakshasa God is one of the two great Gods of Slaughter, controlling the malevolent, resentful, and devilish auras, while the other is the Asura God, controlling the murderous auras.
They are all Gods of Slaughter, but they don't get along well. The Asura God is the nemesis of the Rakshasa God, with an even more restraining effect than the Light God.
Just like the Sea God can take the power of the Sea, the Angel God can receive power from the Sun, and the Rakshasa God can take every single bad thought and intention in the hearts of all dead or living creatures. Those grudges would become the Rakshasa God's God Power.
The power of resentment is more powerful than the Power of Faith, but it cannot last long. However, in a battle, the resentment will be more intimidating.
The Divine Power of Rakshasa has a strong oppressive power on most Deities. As long as they are contaminated a little, they need to rely on a huge Divine Will to get rid of it or slowly corrode and die.
Even though she herself was being corroded by the Divine Power of the Rakshasa God, it was a problem that she needed to get rid of. With the addition of the proper Soul Cores, she could see that her power increased tremendously after the creation of the Soul Cores.
Right now, Chrysanthemum Douluo Yue Guan and Ghost Douluo Gui Mei are undergoing the process of the Soul Core formation in seclusion, and it is almost certain that the two of them will reach Spirit Rank 96 and become Hyper Douluos after condensing their Soul Cores.
The Cardinals of the Spirit Hall were the ones who acted in most situations when the Spirit Hall needed to handle something, while the Worship Elders of the Douluo Consecration Hall were the ones who were permanently stationed at the Spirit Hall and solely focused on cultivation.
If her Cardinals increased their power, it would be very beneficial for the Spirit Hall, as they were the ones who were acting on behalf of the Spirit Hall almost all of the time. She also had on the table the topic of the reformation of the Spirit Hall into a more effective structure.
Obviously, one that was rather pressing was the formation of the Burial Agency that Hun Tiandi proposed to establish by reviving some of the disbanded Orders and factions of the Spirit Hall in the ancient past.
The Holy Inquisition and the Knights Templar were something that she considered a very good idea. In the ancient past, the Inquisition was responsible for eliminating the major Sects and Clans of the Evil Spirit Masters, and nowadays, when the Evil Spirit Masters became a problem once again, it seemed like a good idea.
The Knights Templar and their formation would drastically increase the military power and, most importantly, the efficiency of the armed forces of the Spirit Hall. Right now, the Spirit Hall had too many scattered branches of their military.
Be it the Temple Knights, Douluo Warriors, or the Holy Emperor Warrios, as there was almost zero to no centralization of their command chain. While every branch, in the end, obeyed the Holy Pontiff, they were rather inefficient in their grand design, and merging them together into the Knights Templar would increase their efficiency tremendously.
Then, there was the last thing on the list, which was the formation of the Assembly of the Eight Sacrament, which was disbanded shortly after the formation of the modern Spirit Hall when the Spirit Hall became the strongest faction on the Douluo Continent.
Unfortunately, there were no suitable Titled Douluo to become the Director of the Burial Agency and the Tianzuns in charge of the various branches of the Burial Agency.
It seemed that they would need to persuade those hermits living in the Sunset Mountains to seclusion.
"Your Holiness, there is a priority report sent from the Heaven Dou Grand Cathedral from the Platinum Bishop Salas."
Bibi Dong turned her sight to one of the attendants who brought her report from one of the Grand Cathedrals in the two major Empires. In fact, the Heaven Dou Empire was always something that took more attention from the Spirit Hall compared to the Star Luo Empire due to the higher number of Titled Douluo overall.
She took the report sent by the Platinum Bishop Salas, who was in charge of the Grand Cathedral, and quickly read its content. Bibi Dong, contrary to many members of the Spirit Hall, was someone who employed schemes and cunning before using raw power to crush her enemies.
And even though Hun Tiandi was very young, he was especially bright in this regard, so that was the reason why the young body was sitting across from his "adoptive mother" in a certain sense, as they were talking about the situation in the Heaven Dou Empire.
In front of Hun Tiandi, who grew up in the ruthless environment of the Hun Clan and rose to the top from being one of the distant and lowest branches of the Hun Clan to the top, everything seemed like a child's play.
Even though he bore the name "Hun", he hated the Clan with a burning passion, so it was no brainer he didn't hesitate for a second to burn it down to the ground when it came to it in his past life.
In the end, it was also something that he had always wanted to do, but at the time, the Clan still had its uses in the form of manpower they were providing him.
"So I say that we should focus on the Elephant Armored Clan and Sacred Dragon Clan from the Lower Four Sects."
Hun Tiandi also read the report sent by the Platinum Bishop Salas, and after a short thought, he voiced his proposal.
The Elephant Armored Clan is one of the Seven Great Sects and is ranked sixth among them. Under it, the Clan runs the Elephant Armored Academy, where its direct disciples are trained. Known for their great defense, their hereditary Martial Soul is the Diamond Mammoth, a Super Martial Soul with extremely robust defense, its attributes mainly embodying strength and defense.
Of equal level Martial Souls and Spirit Rank, practically no Spirit Master could breach their defense. If it weren't for their lack of a Titled Douluo, the Clan's ranking among the Seven Great Sects wouldn't have been merely sixth.
The other one was the Sacred Dragon Clan, which was ranked as the fifth of the Seven Great Secrs.
Their Martial Soul was the White Armored Dragon Martial Soul, which was a very powerful Beast-Type Martial Spirit related to the Dragons and was somewhat overall rounded because while it was primarily a Defensive Martial Soul, it also had very high Offensive capabilities.
