My name is therra and I'm what's known as a system companion. We usually get assigned compatible souls to be reborn in new worlds. Some get the easy worlds while others get harder worlds. I have an older brother that's stuck with someone that's in the 40k universe.

Yeah I agree. So here's your starter package, everyone gets one some better than others depending on the universe and whoever they're reborn as. But before you open it you must pick a class to start out with.

I look at the three basic options and choose the thief option and another blue window pops open.
Thief class obtained; +20% more experience towards all thief related skill categories. Stealth, archery, lock picking, pickpocket, and speech. +10% rarity increase in loot, 2X more money in loot drops. Thief jobs have now been added. Assassin jobs have now been added. Thief hideouts, and gang turfs now recognizable.

Ummm, we're still in the tutorial. Say or think status you can even use a scroll and only you would be able to see the screen.
Looking around I quickly find a scroll that's on a wireless charger and pick it up. Plain simple, cheap looking I open it and see a small game controller icon glowing blue. Clicking on it the same blue screen I've been seeing appears on the hard-light screen.

I sigh and click on status then opening another window and there cleaning up the page is a girl dressed in a short maid like attire using a feather duster wiping down the words on the screen. Her short skirt rides up as she reaches for a higher point. Blue and white striped panties get shown before she starts to wobble and falls. I touch the screen near her body and she grabs onto the finger and steadies herself. She turns around and bows to me before straightening up and smiling.

I roll my eyes and tap her figure holding her as she grunts and a window pops up. Clicking race I change it to faunus and click fox faunus giving her red fox features and red hair. She blushes and hides her face before saying.

She runs off the side of the screen and I see a tiny icon which I press and I get a notification.
Therra's slippers have been added to the inventory.
I flick the notification away and I look at the status screen.

I exit out of the status screen and click on the inventory tab pulling up a list of items.

I click on the lock picks and they materialize in my hand a simple hook and straight pin set like you would see out of oblivion or Skyrim.
Lock pick: a simple set of tools capable of picking manual mechanical locks.
I put away the lock pick into the inventory and pull out then lien and look at the silver colored card marked 100ÂŁ in the center. The card is about the size of a debit card and even has a magnetic strip like one, most likely a security feature. Sighing I put up the lien and then click on the quests tab.

I go outside my room and look around noticing the home is like a woodland hunting cabin. I lock my room and grab the real key before shutting myself out. Taking a lock pick I start trying to pick my lock. Five minutes and a broken pick later the door lock is picked and opened.

And I get shocked slightly dropping one point in my HP. 'Damn there goes easy levels,' I think as I walk back into the room and notice a lock box under my bed. Smiling I go to it and try lock picking it and I get it open after three minutes.
