Everyone checked harnesses and anchors. Kael tested a grappling hook, embedding it into a jagged protrusion. Theo moved forward cautiously, boots scraping over loose rock. Zephyr adjusted his gloves, fingers brushing rope tension lines. Brian moved back a step to ensure rope spacing, checking the slope's angle.
