Yoruha only erased the memories of Minato and the others, leaving his and Temari's memories intact. Of course, no one could erase Yoruha's memories unless he did it himself.
Back in their original timeline, Temari looked at Yoruha. She finally understood why Tsunade had warned him not to go overboard.
