The conversation between Sirin and the Honkai God on the moon was a conversation between Sirin and the Cocoon of Finality. The Cocoon said, "A portion of my power was stolen by the Previous Era." This refers to what No. 17, Mobius, and the others did. But the Cocoon didn't care about the Previous Era's actions; it casually took back the stolen power and gave it to Sirin.)

A Herrscher's soul resides in its Herrscher Core. As long as the consciousness is transferred to the core before death, the Herrscher will not die, and the soul will not dissipate.

What would happen if a Herrscher was fused with the strongest Valkyrie?
To understand what God's hint truly was, Otto attempted to master the power of the Herrschers.
He fused Kiana's genes with Sirin's to create the subsequent K-series.
Otto integrated the damaged Herrscher core into the 423rd experimental subject of the K-series—K-423. K-423 showed excellent compatibility with the Second Herrscher's core. Without Otto even needing to do much, K-423 and the core reacted upon its removal and fused on their own.
But the experiment was still a failure… Aside from having a Herrscher Core, K-423 still showed no signs of mental activity…

Because he hadn't anticipated Anti-Entropy's incompetence and failure to keep their word, the script Otto had carefully crafted was broken. What should have been a story with a happy ending for everyone turned into the beginning of a tragedy.
Anti-Entropy broke their promise, forcing Siegfried to steal a Schicksal aircraft to escape…
But Otto had tampered with all of Schicksal's aircraft that day to prevent any Schicksal Valkyries from actually catching up to Siegfried…
And the result was…
Boom—
The aircraft exploded. Kiana was critically injured, her fate unknown. K-423's chance at a beautiful life turned into a painful beginning…
Afterward, Otto, who had been observing K-423, learned of her loveless and distorted upbringing over the next three years and nearly went to chop Siegfried to pieces with a knife.
Fortunately, in the fourth year, Siegfried finally accepted K-423 and gave her the name Kiana Kaslana. Only then did Otto rest easy and stop meddling in their father-daughter life.
