"There aren't any spies in Schicksal we can talk to, so we came to find you secretly~
"I'm not a spy…"
Ryn rolled his eyes at Hare, then swiped open an interface to check the relief funds Schicksal was distributing for the disaster caused by Kukulkan.
Though it was somewhat unethical, the outside world thought it was either a natural disaster or the work of aliens. Schicksal's proactive condolences to the refugees and distribution of aid had actually earned them some good PR.
Ryn looked up the island Raven mentioned and confirmed that its location was indeed within the inundation zone of the tsunami caused by Kukulkan.
But…
"Uh… because the entire island has sunk into the sea, Schicksal has removed it from the map, so it's not eligible for compensation…"
Raven shot up from Hare's lap in shock, then froze completely.
"You're awake, Raven~
Raven ignored Hare's call, curled up into a ball with her legs to her chest, and started rolling back and forth on the floor. "My island… my little villa… Waaaaah…"
"See, I'm not the most childish one…" Hare pointed at Raven on the floor and said proudly to Ryn.
"You're not much better." Ryn flicked little Hare on the forehead with one finger.
"Ow, ow, ow…"
Hare clutched her head and squatted down, joining Raven in rolling around on the floor.
Great, Hare's body had become that of a child, and her personality had become even more childlike.
Ryn checked on Kukulkan's location, confirmed the guy was still at St. Freya High School, and let out a small sigh of relief.
As long as he was at St. Freya and not out causing trouble, it was fine…
Ryn glanced at the time, then kicked Hare, telling her to stop messing around.
"Stop rolling around. Let's go. It's still early, I'll compensate you with a new island."
"For real?" Raven jumped to her feet, looking at Ryn excitedly. "Right, you're the Herrscher of Rock, you can just make me a new island!"
"I'm not the Herrscher of Rock… just call me Herrscher or Ryn."
Ryn swiped the map interface over to Raven. "You pick a spot. The original island is gone, so I'm planning to make a new one and help you get the ownership approved."
"Then… right here!" Raven pondered for a moment, then tapped a spot in the Pacific Ocean not too far from the Far East.
"Alright, that works." Ryn thought for a moment, then looked at Hare.
"Your ability is more convenient, just take us there directly."
"Now you remember how useful I am. Well then, let me show you the power of Myriad Phenomena!"
Hare blinked, then lightly swiped at the point Raven had marked on the map, dragging it to their current location at St. Freya High School.
The moment Hare finished swiping, the space in the Pacific Ocean and the space in Ryn's house swapped instantly. Ryn and the others were now directly on the surface of the Pacific Ocean.
"What a convenient ability…"
"Don't praise me, or I'll get conceited~" Hare put her hands on her hips and proudly tilted her face up, as if begging for compliments.
Ryn ruffled her hair, then couldn't be bothered with her anymore. The more he engaged, the more worked up she got.
He briefly surveyed the surroundings, then said to Raven, "This place is quite far from the mainland. Are you sure you want it here? Logistics might be a bit tricky."
Raven shook her head and said, "I have a dedicated transport ship, so supplies are not a problem for me. It's true that this place is far from the mainland, but that also means it's far from the Honkai…"
"Hehe… you can't escape it. But suit yourself. I'll get started then."
"Mhm."
Ryn beckoned with his finger towards the seabed thousands of meters below, and a massive piece of land with a radius of three thousand meters rose from the ocean floor.
At the same time, hundreds of vines coiled upwards, anchoring the island in place on the sea's surface, preventing it from drifting away.
Then, Ryn gestured at the island, and countless trees immediately sprouted, emitting a vibrant life force.
The dispersing Honkai energy permeated the entire island, infecting all the creatures that had been brought up with it and mutating them into Honkai Beasts.
"Hmm? What are these Honkai Beasts for?" Raven asked, confused.
She had originally planned to bring the orphans she had taken in to live here together, but now with Honkai Beasts on the island, it would no longer be safe, and the children couldn't stay…
Ryn: "These Honkai Beasts are compensation for the trouble this disaster has caused you…"
"?" Raven blinked in confusion. "Compensating me with Honkai Beasts? Are you sure you're not trying to kill me?"
"Of course not!"
Ryn led Hare and Raven onto the island. Sensing Ryn's aura, the Honkai Beasts all started moving towards him, coming to bow before their divine master.
There were many types of Honkai Beasts, but most of them looked quite cute. Ryn was thinking of Pokémon, so during their evolution, the Honkai Beasts had transformed to resemble Pokémon.
"I've embedded a command in these Honkai Beasts' genes: they are not to harm humans and must unconditionally obey the three of us.
So, they can be considered a batch of harmless and useful servants. Since they look so much like Pokémon, why don't we call them Pals? Palworld."
Ryn briefly introduced the types and abilities of these Pals to familiarize Raven and Hare.
Raven used an instrument to check the Honkai energy emitted by the Honkai Beasts and confirmed that it was all within a safe range before she felt relieved.
These cute Pals were not only harmless but could also play with the children when she wasn't around. This was fantastic.
Raven tried ordering a Pal to chop down a tree to create lumber for building a house, and the Pal obediently ran off to chop the tree.
"Because as long as the Honkai exists, they will continuously regenerate, maintaining a constant number on the island… and, well, you get it…"
Ryn gave Raven a meaningful look. Raven's eyes widened in disbelief, and then she nodded.
Hare watched the two of them communicating cryptically and asked curiously, "What are you guys talking about?"
"Nothing, just that if you don't do it, there are Pals to do it… If a Pal is disobedient, we'll just slaughter it and let the island regenerate an obedient one…"
The Pal that was chopping the tree shuddered and began to chop with even more vigor.

After setting up the island, Hare sent Ryn back to St. Freya High School. Hare originally wanted to stay a while longer, but Ryn grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and threw her out the window.
If Kallen and Yae Sakura came back later and saw this little kid, Hare, what if they thought she was his and Kiana's child!
Although it was more likely they would suspect Ryn of doing something inappropriate, immediately call the police on him via Theresa, and then carry little Hare back to their own room.
Theresa's lectures were unpleasant, but little Hare was really cute, so it was worth it.
