"There is no reason for me to stop frowning," Dariel responded. His frown seemed to get worse as he spoke.
Ohara felt embarrassed, she of all people knew that they were being watched. Every single one of their moves was being watched.
"I am sorry my love, I did not mean to upset you, but that was just a harmless dance," She said softly.
Dariel looked away, he was still holding the plate with a piece of chicken leg on it. The plate caught Ohara's eye and she smiled.
"Have you been holding that the entire time because of me?" she asked.
Dariel avoided her gaze, "Of course I was... I went to get it for you after all.".
Ohara felt her heart melt. It was little things like these that reminded her why she loved Dariel so much. He could be so caring in his own way when he truly wished to be.
