"Mother, are we truly going to stay here for the entirety of the celebration?" Brea turned to her mother.
"What do you mean by that? Of course we are going to remain until the celebrations end," Samira frowned. She did not know why Brea would ask such a foolish question. She had noticed that ever since a few minutes ago, Brea had become cold and uninterested as if she wished to leave immediately.
Brea frowned, of all the days her mother chose to go out and allow her stay out, it had to be today. She wished that for once her mother's reluctance to leave the house would come in favourable on a day like today.
Although the grand hall was packed and filled with many guests and it was almost impossible for the foreign dignitaries to come and mingle with the 'common' guests, or so they referred to them as, Brea was certain that her face was memorable enough and she could not risk it.
