The Drowned King stared down at her and watched as she initiated a counterattack, which he so easily dodged.
Lillian watched as the man followed the swing of her sword with his eyes, as though he was analysing it before stabbing at her again in retaliation.

For six minutes, the two of them did nothing but swing their weapons, dodge, or block each other's strikes.
Since the Drowned King's throw earlier, he had yet to reveal any more of his techniques. And Lillian wasn't sure if it was just her or...

She felt as though the Drowned King was moving a tad bit slower.
Lillian leaned her head to the side, dodging the harpoon, which caused a shallow red cut on her cheek to appear.
He was obviously going for the killing moves, but for some reason... She felt as if he was moving intentionally slower, as though he was stalling for something...
