Maria's voice was shrill and accusatory as she yelled at Marcus, blaming him for everything. "This is all your fault, Marcus! If you hadn't taken charge, this wouldn't have happened!"
Marcus pushed her back, his voice firm and determined. "You were the ones who were looking for the hidden path. If Liam and the others hadn't done that, this wouldn't have happened."
Liam watched them, his expression calm and thoughtful. It was natural to panic, but he knew that they had to focus on the task at hand. He decided that he would take care of the monsters first before killing Marcus Potu.
