"It's your hair," Clarice said as her eyes narrowed down on Grey's head. "We can't answer your question, but make sure it isn't seen. Don't let that hat fall off and your hair get revealed—otherwise, you'll have a tough fight on your hands."
These words kept ringing in Grey's mind as the trio finally set out from the bungalowed house they were in.
Millie held his hand as they walked side by side, Vanessa on the other end, studying the list in front of her while Grey trailed silently in deep thought.
They stepped out of the house and began their journey, first passing through a sloping mountainous area that lasted several minutes, then entering a small forest that didn't take more than ten minutes to cross.
During the walk, Millie could be heard whistling cheerful tunes, occasionally tugging on Grey's hand with playful excitement.
