Rope frowned in some confusion.
"Is Celebi here?"
The illusion here looks pretty good. But... if memory serves, this should be pretty close to someone's home...
Hoopa shook his head and said, "Not really, it's in the midst of what is a time-space sandwich here. It's still relatively safe."
Hoopa sees Rope's somewhat worried look and speaks again, "What's wrong? Is something wrong?"
"This is one of Cynthia's houses. So I have to ask Cynthia if she's here first. If she is let her retreat first, here if there is a real fight later then it will be a big problem."
Hoopa though didn't understand why Rope didn't have the confidence to easily solve his opponent. But he also understood that Rope would not choose those risky practices if he wasn't pushed to the extreme when it came to matters concerning Cynthia.
Rope didn't ink that he didn't have a Rotom with him, but he would still have a cell phone with him.
After he dialed a string of numbers, the phone rang with the sound of a call being connected.
Within moments, Cynthia's lazy, conciliatory voice came on the other end of the line.
"What's the matter, Rope, miss me?"
Rope's mouth began a smile in June then said, "Missed you for sure. But that's not what today is about."
"Can't you just comfort me! I'm busy all day long and you only call once in three days. Do you not want me anymore?!"
The words were certainly in a whining plus petulant tone.
But it also made Rope feel a little guilty. Since New Year's Eve, several days had passed, but the two of them hadn't had much contact. Rope had been busy dealing with the riots between Pokémon and humans this time. So there hadn't been much time for that either.
And Cynthia was also busy dealing with it. But it was in the Sinnoh region.
"Sorry about that. I'll come find you when I'm done with this busy time, and we're getting close to the end of the line."
Rope wasn't joking or comforting Cynthia either, but things were really almost over here. After successfully completing the time travel himself, he got the news of Azure Flute, and he was able to find the guy who took it. Unsurprisingly, this guy should have a deep connection with that humanoid Arceus.
By the way, he could also use Azure Flute to find the alpaca-type Arceus and ask about what's going on here as well. If possible...collect him into his ball as well.
Then he himself can finish off with the guy who collected the Origin and get rid of the woman in the black dress. That way, the mission of saving the world would be completed, and one could honestly bring in this world to live his own little life.
Whenever he had time, he would go home to see his mom and dad, or simply bring them over for a couple of days.
This was also all the rights and interests of the saviors.
After all, those who were in the main world either stayed in the middle of the void all the time. Either that, or they had transcended from the secondary world's unexpected timeline.
One could only say...it was strong. Wanting to go home was also simple. After all, there was no spatial divide in front of them.
But the Saviors would face a spatial divide with the main world if they survived in the secondary world. So if they wanted to contact their families, they would still have to honestly rely on the company until they reached a certain level.
This was also why the company never worried about the Saviors backstabbing themselves as much as they did.
For one thing, when the Saviors saved the world, their employment relationship with the company changed. From hiring main world personnel, it changed to hiring sub-world personnel.
It had nothing to do with the sub-world itself. Even if the person was a world child of the secondary world, based on this contract, the company couldn't forcefully seize the resources of the secondary world.
This was not a restriction placed on the company by the sub-world...but rather a restriction placed on the company by the major powers...
The secondary worlds are independent, and the resources of the secondary worlds are shared, so it's up to each individual to decide how much they can get.
And even if the company knows there's something wrong with the way they get it. There's a reason for that.
Why would the World Consciousness, which was of the same race as the Void Will, recognize the Company's savior as a 'legitimate traveler'? That's where the first company owner made his connections.
It was hard.
But even relying on one point, the company still wasn't known as a great power.
Among those really powerful forces. The company could only be described as a slightly inferior power. Even with such power, they still hadn't become a so-called 'privileged organ'. After all, the other real 'privileged authorities'... their privileges were not something as irrelevant as simply having a connection with the secondary worlds.
For example, the 'Cultural Affairs Bureau' has the right to recover and manage civilization relics and civilization invasions. The 'Life Court' has the right to interrogate and sentence abnormal beings.
And many others.
The most interesting thing was...the rules and principles of these organizations of theirs...were all set by themselves. They can even modify them.
These are the 'privileged bodies'. They are the rules themselves.
So why is it that the leaders of almost all the powers don't see a trend of so-called envy?
The answer is...who doesn't want to be the next privileged organ?
When you can't do it yourself, you should find ways to get stronger. Or find those who are stronger than you.
Among the so-called privileges, there are still a lot of gaps ah.
Far from it, back to the point.
"Really!"
Cynthia could hear the seriousness in Rope's words, so she opened her mouth in surprise.
"Are these things really close to being over?"
Seriously, everyone was tired. Ever since Rope started traveling, everything just exploded tightly together. Rope was practically stumbling into things for three days at a time.
It wasn't just him, it was the same in every other area. Everyone has been suffering for less than a year, to say the least.
Rope could only be thankful now. None of his own opponents seemed to have any intention of getting into the Legion stream...
Otherwise, he would have really had to make a big scene...
Now, in the end, it was just a fight between himself and the others. Winning would naturally be good, and losing would just be shaking people down.
Rope had already vaguely realized the wrongness of this world, and this guy Liu Nian's attitude. If this world was really an ordinary sub-world, then there was no need for a big leader like Liu Nian to be personally responsible for it.
It was also simply impossible for an ordinary businessman like Rope to actually have any dealings with the big leader.
So, if you can't beat them, at most you'll be shaking people. Rope can't die either, at most you'll just be repatriated...across the board Rope doesn't lose out.
"Eh, soon. Once I settle the last few things, we'll be able to live a quiet and peaceful life." Rope said this with a gentle tone and a firm attitude.
From the tone of voice it sounded like Department that one was being relieved. But from the look in her eyes and the expression on her face, it looked more like she was swearing.
Or the kind where he'd just fuck the hell out of anyone who forced him to break that vow.
"Good, then I'm looking forward to it. No, what exactly did you want to see me about today?"
Cynthia asked as if she suddenly remembered something.
"Just wanted to ask if you're in that Celestic Town country cottage right now."
Calling it a cottage was actually more like a villa, the footprint wasn't incredibly large, but it definitely couldn't be described as small either.
"No, I've been busy lately, I've been working on the details of doing the negotiations for making a covenant with the Pokémon. It's something you set up as well, and now you're not working."
Cynthia also inevitably took on a meaning of sorrow when she said this. After all, her own boyfriend...she knew very well what kind of behavior he was. There was no way he would take these troublesome things onto himself.
In his words, it was to give the right things to the right people.
Rope also smiled a bit awkwardly.
"By the way, you tell Grandma to organize it so that the townspeople of Celestic Town can sleep in peace, even if it's not a big deal except for any rattling."
Although this place was said to be in Celestic Town, it was still far away from the real inhabited places. Even if Rope and the others went all out, it wouldn't really have any impact on the town.
After all, Cynthia's cottage is. What she was looking for was peace and quiet, without any other people to disturb her. Otherwise, there would be too much trouble. Even if the townspeople didn't bother her, there would still be a lot of tourists...
That's why Cynthia chose a location far away from the town when she built her hut.
So as long as Cynthia wasn't here, then even if there was a really big fight, Rope wouldn't have to worry about any additional casualties.
So he and Hoopa exchanged a glance, whereupon Hoopa directly opened a door with a golden ring. And Rope was able to see the pink light surging in Hoopa's eyes. It could be seen that it wasn't easy for Hoopa to open this so-called space-time crevice.
Through this door, Rope could see the small piece of land inside that looked like a broken mountain and river. He frowned slightly. Although he had learned a lot of hidden secrets now, he was limited to his age. There were still a lot of things he wasn't aware of.
This was also the reason why he had always kept Hoopa by his side, Hoopa this fellow did know a lot of hidden secrets. After all, when the gods back then were maintaining the initial order of the entire world, this fellow was running around because of the convenience of the priesthood and divine power plus the fact that it was irrelevant.
And as a result, he also knew numerous hidden secrets and strange places.
It was like the space-time crevice in front of him. This place was clearly different from the time-space crevice inhabited by the Time-Space Dual Dragons.
This place appeared to be more orderly.
And the very moment the space door opened completely, a black stream of light sprang out of the door, heading in a certain direction, and ran over.
Rope and Hoopa, of course, saw this.
Rope said to Hoopa seriously, "Look, I'll wait outside, and when that person arrives, you go and bring Celebi to the Institute, and I'll stop him outside."
Hoopa nodded and said, "You be careful. The opponent could be very strong. Celebi can't even sneak into the timeline after all."
"Don't worry, I've got it covered."
Rope told Hoopa to rest assured.Rope wasn't an impulsive person either. As long as he could fight, he would definitely give the other party a deep lesson. If he couldn't he wouldn't be so impulsive that he would definitely fight the other party to the end.
He was a person who would not die with such a low profile.
After saying that, Hoopa directly drilled in towards the door not far away.Rope couldn't feel the traces of space and time in it, but he could see Celebi's Flame of Life.
That flame was shriveled by now. But overall it was still in a state of calmness, and it looked like Celebi had indeed received a very serious injury. But in the end, it hadn't hurt the root.
That's good, if Celebi really hurt the root then letting her reluctantly carry Rope along on the crossing again will go wrong. Rope doesn't want to kill a Celebi just because of this crossing either.
Celebi can't lay eggs by definition. But there are still many Celebi.
Hoopa tells himself that the existence of multiple Celebi may not be because they were created many at the same time...
It could be because at some point in time a Celebi finished transcending the timeline.
So she became a Celebi.
A Celebi that can travel at will through any point in time.
Let's just say that it's hard for humans, or any creature living in a normal dimension, to understand a property like time...
After all, only time plays with humans, not humans playing with time.
Humans shouldn't be arrogant enough to think that they can hold everything down and let themselves be ravished and toyed with.
At the very least, humans should maintain the most basic reverence for those laws that they could not master.
Thinking about this, Rope felt a little more wary of the time travel that was to follow...after all, who knew if he was being toyed with by time or not? Was his travels creating a new piece of history, or was it a completion of history?
Rope couldn't figure it out.
"It seems like you're a little confused."
Another man's voice came from the woods.
But Rope wasn't surprised, he had long ago seen the man's exuberant fire of life that didn't even look human.
He'd thought at first that it was some god in human guise who'd messed things up. But now it seemed...there was no flavor of divinity, priesthood, or divine power in this guy.
Just a simple human soul, and that multitude of origin powers...
"You're the one who's been searching for the Origin in various villages."
Rope used an affirmative tone. At the same time, he turned to the door, flexed his fingers, and flicked a small white fireball, popping it into the door.
The small fireball changed into a hummingbird and quickly rushed towards where Hoopa's life flame was.
The other side of the door was another time and space, and the relationship between Rope and Hoopa wasn't that of a trainer and a Pokémon. So there was only this method of contact.
But it was good this way.
"Because I want to talk to you more about things."
Rope had a smile on his face.
"Thought you'd be able to give me enough information."
