Chapter 78 - The Weight of a Sword

He looked around to see if others were struggling as he was, but the others who had picked swords seemed to handle them effortlessly, swinging and examining them casually.

Wait... what!? Am I the only one having trouble with this? Rafayel thought, panicking as Rina noticed.

"Young Master Rafayel, are you alright?" Rinaasked with concern.

"I'm fine, I'm fine!" Rafayel replied, though the sword was still too heavy for him to hold properly with just one hand, and he had to grip it with both hands.

I really wish I had better strength... I've been too reliant on my brother... he thought.

He felt regretful about how he had always depended on Thomas, who was always eager to pick him up.

They were supposed to move straight into the practical training session—but seeing Rafayel's condition, the instructor gave him a concerned look and said, "Rafayel, please don't push yourself. Choose something that suits you best."
