"Talk. Now!" his brother demanded.
But the man still refused to speak.
The scene was so terrifying that Rafayel began trembling uncontrollably.
Then, his brother turned toward him, and their eyes met.
However, whether it was from his heightened state of emotion or because Rafayel was wearing a brown wig, his brother didn't seem to recognize him.
"You've got green eyes too…!"
And with that, he raised his hand and struck him.
"Ugh…!"
Rafayel toppled over, chair and all, from the blow. The impact caused his wig to fall off.
"So even you… silver hair, green eyes…" his brother muttered as he grabbed a fistful of Rafayel's hair and forced his head up.
Their eyes locked. His brother's face twisted into one of pure shock.
"Raffy!!!" he cried.
And with that voice echoing in his ears, Rafayel lost consciousness.
When Rafayel awoke, he found himself lying in bed in his own room.
Beside him, Thomas was fast asleep at the bedside.
