"How could I? I casually agreed to her to teach Hang Yishao a lesson. Now she's changed her tune, can't bear to be harsh on that pretty boy," Shang Yin thought, his woman pleading for another man made him feel bitter. He stepped on the gas, and the car sped up on the mountain road, a pebble striking the roof of the car.
For safety, Hang Yishao was dumped in the trunk; he had been injected with a full dose of sleeping pills and wouldn't wake up anytime soon.
"Did you get the goods?" Pello probably guessed that Chang Chi had had a change of heart at the last minute and told Su Ziceng about it.
That damned woman, Pello didn't know if he should curse Chang Chi or Su Ziceng. His heart damn cared that Su Ziceng abandoned him for Hang Yishao.
If he had known it would come to this, he wouldn't have bothered to cook cheese fondue earlier; he should have claimed her as his own long ago.
