Heavenly People City is located at the boundary between Tianzhou and Qingzhou. It is a city that truly lives up to its name as a grand city.
The entire city is divided into the Outer City and the Inner City, with a colossal scale, more than triple the size of Wangchun City.
Since its appearance, this city has always existed in a state of ethereal seclusion from the world.
The people in the Outer City usually exist to serve the "Heavenly People" in the Inner City. Yet, even these servants who serve others are regarded as dignitaries among Jianghu people, and others must respectfully call them "Lord of Heaven."
This is much like the eunuchs in the palace, who usually serve their masters humbly, but when they are outside, they are gallant and fierce.
The Inner City of Heavenly People City is both a Martial Arts forbidden land and a Holy Land, not easily accessible. Even the sprawling Outer City requires a gate fee to enter.
