Dawn City, hurried footsteps echoed down the corridor. Blazing Angel Minister Luo Ming quickly reached the Federation Chairman's office and pushed the door open, where a small meeting was taking place.
Chu Zhaonan sat at the head of the meeting table, discussing the progress of the Far Star Plan with several senior members of parliament. Upon seeing Luo Ming rush in, he frowned instantly.

Luo Ming waved his hand, and the content on the battle screen was replaced by a video that caught the attention of everyone present, including Federation Chairman Chu Zhaonan and Xu Yan, head of the Underground City Committee. They realized it was a video from Silent City, showing Vice Chairman Zhou Mingyuan being received.
"Vice Chairman Zhou?" Xu Yan asked puzzledly, "Wasn't this yesterday's event? Why is there a video now?"
