"Hey, what do you mean by that?" Wang Kai shouted discontentedly, kicking the giant beast's butt. The man and beast seemed like friends, as if the initial hostility had disappeared. When Ye Shikai had patted the giant beast's head in front of everybody in the Three Temples, it was as if it had been tamed. Therefore, Wang Kai didn't harbor much hostility towards the giant beast this time.
"Ares, be careful." Emily was quite afraid of this giant beast, especially since even Doris was no match for it. Its enormous size could hardly be filled by three people's worth of food.
"Don't worry." Wang Kai nodded. Judging by the beast's demeanor, it looked like it had just woken from a sun nap without any hint of aggression. However... they couldn't find Ye Shikai anywhere. Could it really have eaten him?
"Hey, you didn't eat my friend, did you?" Wang Kai continued to ask, unexpectedly causing the giant beast to stand up and shake its head slightly.
