Regarding whether the Federation Martial Arts is superior to those of the ancient times or not, there has always been endless debate.
The biggest point of contention lies in whether to count the "Seven Marshals".
If the Seven Marshals are excluded, then naturally, the contemporary Martial Arts of the Federation surpass that of the past.
The fundamental argument is that in the martial artist generation from ten thousand years ago, aside from the Seven Marshals, no one achieved the realm of Supreme Grandmaster, and all ultimately halted at the Grandmaster level!
The key issue here concerns the perfection of the Martial Arts System.
Apart from the Seven Marshals, no one was able to break through the Grandmaster barrier and carve their own path, resulting in regrettable halts at the Grandmaster level, turning instead to pave the way for Martial Arts within the Federation.
