Kate first appeared in Thailand, and had her neck broken by Mountain Eagle. This woman is ambitious and ruthless in her actions.
She reconnected with Mountain Eagle in Los Angeles in the capacity of a scapegoat, and then, inspired by Mountain Eagle, she used the issue of the Replacer, combined with the mission she had at the time, to turn the situation around.
Eventually, she was ordered to organize the Bangkok Group, which is responsible for fighting the Replacer, infiltrating Mexico, preparing to arrest Shorty Guzman, and dismantling the Sinaloa Group.
Another two members of the Bangkok Group are Daniel, who is from an ATF undercover background, and collaborated with Mountain Eagle in Anchorage to take down a gang selling US Army weapons. He also participated in the destruction of the Valley Laboratory and later spent some time at the Los Angeles Police Department.
