This is a meeting organized by the US Department of State and attended by representatives from multiple countries, held in Anchorage, Alaska, United States.
The content of the meeting is to discuss topics related to the Arctic, with climate change being the central issue.
The meeting involves 20 countries and the European Union, including 8 Arctic Council member states such as the United States and Russia, as well as 12 non-Arctic countries like East, the island country, and India.
This conference will be officially held in May 2015, with five months remaining until then.
But before this, the United States had preemptively invited representatives from EU countries and the Five Eyes Alliance, organized a low-profile preliminary meeting with vice foreign ministers from each country.
