A plane flew overhead. It dropped missiles that exploded mid-air, tearing into monster clusters. The plane disappeared and the sky darkened as six parachutes deployed.
The Ex' Agents team had arrived.
"Who are they? Are they on our side?" G Tony asked Master Feng, watching the figures descend through smoke and fire.
"They are Agents of Agents Team Ex," Master Feng answered, whipping a powerful wind burst with his hands, launching two charging monsters into the trees like ragdolls.
"Didn't I tell you about Agents Team Ex before?" MyungJin shouted, ducking under a monster's claw and slamming his elbow into its ribs before electrocuting it with a spark from his fingers.
"I have never met you before," G Tony answered, yanking his sword from a monster's chest and swinging it to clear another approaching creature.
"How could you forget me? We shared the same room for a week. And where is your brother?" MyungJin asked as he rolled aside from another incoming beast.
"He is Tony but of another Dimension, and Tony of this dimension is in another dimension with his brother and friends," Master Feng clarified, spinning mid-air to dodge a monster, then flinging it with wind into Master Rei's fiery path.
Master Rei raised his hand and incinerated the monster instantly with a wave of intense flames. "Honestly, I don't get any of that," a 12-year-old boy muttered, flipping through the air as he evaded three monsters with almost unnatural agility.
"I guess you have to introduce yourselves to him," Master Rei said, blasting more fire at the beasts that were trying to sneak behind G Tony.
"My name is Haru," the 12-year-old boy said with a cocky grin, leaping over a monster and landing smoothly on one foot. "My reflexes are so fast no one can ever touch me or trick me." As he spoke, five monsters lunged at him—but not a single one could land a blow.
"And I am MyungJin, and now I can do this too," MyungJin smirked and stretched out both hands, sending a series of electric bursts zapping through the battlefield, electrocuting a pack of monsters.
"Is that my sword?" a 14-year-old boy pointed at the blade in G Tony's hand as he landed, dust swirling around him.
"Master Feng gave me that for this mission, but I like it. Can I have it?" G Tony asked.
"No problem, I have three others like that one. I made them by myself. By the way, my name is Jim, and I am filled with technology," the boy introduced himself, pushing a button on his wrist to make his arm turn into a mini-cannon for a brief second.
"And I am Ren," another 12-year-old boy said, before suddenly vanishing into thin air.
"Where did he go?" G Tony blinked, confused.
"He always does that, ignore him. I am Shin," a 16-year-old boy said calmly, as a monster leaped at him. With a flash of light, a bazooka materialized in Shin's hands. He blasted the monster in mid-air, leaving nothing but smoke and scorched flesh.
"Can any of you come to the front line to help me?" MyungJin called out, fending off more attackers near the broken terrain.
"I am coming, don't worry!" a 14-year-old boy answered as he skidded down a hill. He suddenly split into multiple versions of himself—dozens of clones charging into battle, helping MyungJin push the monsters back.
"And who is he?" G Tony asked Shin, slicing a monster clean in half.
"His name is Zhi, he can make clones for the fight," Shin replied, calmly reloading a gadget-weapon that looked like a cross between a rifle and a drill.
The battlefield was littered with monster corpses now, but more kept pouring in through the swirling portal.
"Where are those monsters coming from, and how many are left?" Master Rei shouted, knocking back a monster with a flaming punch.
"I don't know, but I'm having fun playing with these monsters!" Haru said, weaving effortlessly through 18 attacking creatures, leaving them tangled and frustrated.
Jim adjusted his glasses and scanned the portal. "The portal is getting a connection from another dimension. Its signal is so strong... I don't know how to close it."
"You don't need any goggles for your power, you can see its readings without wearing glasses," Ren's voice echoed mysteriously from somewhere.
"It's just a show-off, to make Tony buy his items," Shin said, dodging a flaming rock launched by a monster and retaliating with an explosive grenade.
"I know the way to close it, I have dealt with this before," G Tony said confidently.
"What is it?" Zhi asked.
"We have to break the portal," G Tony answered, standing firm.
"Is that it? It's so simple!" MyungJin shouted, building up electricity and launching a thunderous strike at the portal. Sparks exploded—but the portal stood untouched.
"It's stronger than last time," G Tony frowned.
"So we need a stronger attack to break it," Master Feng said. He and Master Rei coordinated from opposite ends—wind and fire spiraling into the portal, causing the ground to tremble. Still... the portal remained firm.
"Why isn't anything working?" G Tony whispered to himself, gripping the sword tighter.
"I got an idea," Shin said after blasting another monster.
He sprinted to the portal and slammed his fists to the ground, summoning a massive wall that enclosed the portal completely, blocking any more monsters from emerging.
With the portal sealed, they moved to eliminate the remaining monsters. Haru was now dodging 27 at once—his movements a blur. Master Rei stepped forward and unleashed a massive flame wave, scorching all 27 in a fiery burst.
"Ah man, all the fun is over," Haru sighed, folding his arms.
"So you want the sword? You have to pay me in cash," Jim said to G Tony, giving a sly grin.
"How much?" G Tony asked.
"A thousand dollars," Jim said smugly.
"You mean a thousand gold coins?" G Tony asked, raising a brow.
"Ahhhh... yes," Jim replied, a little thrown off.
"I'll pay you after going back. I had those in my other clothes," G Tony shrugged.
Meanwhile in the Death Dimension...
A dark, jagged portal opened in the crimson skies of the Death Dimension. A grotesque horde of monsters poured out, snarling and charging forward. The Nocthyr army, cloaked in black and violet armor, rose to face them. Swords clashed, shrieks echoed, and the ground was stained with the blood of battle.
Meanwhile in the Royal Dimension...
Prince Wei now stood in the center of the battlefield, holding BlackFire—its aura pulsing and screaming with dark energy. It had fully absorbed the other 5 Sevpons, and its power was overwhelming. Jin and Prince Ryu stood back-to-back, surrounded by monsters.
"There is no way we can beat him," Jin said, panting.
"But we can still fight," Prince Ryu replied, gripping his injured arm tightly.
"Then let's keep fighting," Jin nodded.
With renewed energy, they launched into the horde, slicing through enemies with precision and fury, their blades drenched in determination.
Meanwhile in the Wildlands, approaching the Royal Castle...
Wei with Tony, Ryu, and Kai had entered through another portal. Distant roars of monsters echoed across the horizon.
"Looks like he has already got Jin's Sevpon," Wei muttered, eyes narrowing.
"What do we do now?" Ryu asked, scanning the terrain.
"We head to the castle," Wei said with firm resolve.
"I will go through the air," Kai added, summoning radiant white wings that shimmered in the light.
"Alright, you go through the air while we come through the ground," Wei said.
Kai gave a thumbs up and soared into the sky like a streak of light.
"But the castle is too far from here, and we also don't have any rides or horses nearby," Tony pointed out.
"I know what this last Sevpon is capable of doing," Wei answered calmly.
He placed the Sevpon mask over his face. As it latched on, black mist enveloped him. Raising his hands, he summoned three shadowy horse-like creatures, their hooves made of molten obsidian, their eyes glowing red.
"Are you guys ready for the ride?" Wei asked, his voice echoing through the mask.
"LET'S GO!" Tony shouted, eyes wide with excitement.
