The hearts of several people stirred as they heard these words.
"Elder Kaiōshin Sama, are you planning to release that one?" Jiang Chen couldn't help but ask with curiosity.
"No, he's already dead! You all wish to awaken the most primal power belonging to the Saiyan race, don't you? What's needed for that to be achieved is his Aura. But be prepared, once you've absorbed that Aura, there's a high chance that you could become the next mindless Super Saiyan. I have no ability to deal with it if that happens."
The Old Kaiōshin shook his head, his expression carrying rare seriousness.
"Understood. Don't worry, there shouldn't be any problems. Just let Goku and Vegeta try first." Jiang Chen gave a slight nod as he spoke in a heavy tone.
After hearing Old Kaiōshin's words, Jiang Chen had already made some preparations.
And one of the first preparations was that he absolutely could not be the first to begin, and there were two reasons for that.
First, he didn't belong to this Time and Space.
Second, once he was truly triggered, there would be no power in this entire timeline capable of stopping him.
At least, the current Son Goku or Vegeta does not possess the power to stop him.
By comparison, it was better to let Goku and Vegeta go first. Even if problems arose, with his current strength, he could intervene at any moment and stop the process.
If things went truly wrong, he could simply take both of them to the City of Time.
The Old Kaiōshin gave a slight nod and then said no more.
Son Goku and Vegeta exchanged glances, both feeling a surge of excitement in their hearts.
"Goku, Vegeta, which of you will go first?" Old Kaiōshin stopped walking, his gaze falling on the two Saiyans as he asked.
"I'll go first!" Vegeta looked once at Goku, then at Jiang Chen, before speaking in a deep voice.
It wasn't that he wanted to grab the lead. Rather, Vegeta was very clear: among the three present, he was the weakest. In this kind of situation, if someone lost control, he would also be the easiest to restrain.
"Vegeta…" Goku instinctively glanced at his friend.
"Hmph." Vegeta gave a cold snort, then in the next instant, his figure moved directly toward the center.
"Old man, what do I need to do?" He looked toward Old Kaiōshin as he asked.
"Just sit cross-legged. Beneath this place lies the Aura of your Super Saiyan bloodline. Those Auras will flow into your body according to the pull of resonance."
Old Kaiōshin didn't mind Vegeta's bluntness and answered slowly with a grave expression on his face.
"Fine!" Vegeta nodded, then walked directly to the stone platform at the center.
He sat cross-legged and begin meditating. Meanwhile, Old Kaiōshin, Kibito Shin, Son Goku, and Jiang Chen all watched nervously.
"Ancestor… nothing bad will happen, right?" Kibito Shin asked, voice tense.
"Shut your mouth!" Old Kaiōshin barked.
Kibito Shin quickly covered his lips.
Time trickled by, second after second.
On Vegeta's body, strands of dark-red Super Saiyan Aura begin to coil and surge upward. Vegeta felt as though his mind had fallen into a void. His consciousness seemed to traverse countless Time and Space, arriving at a far Distant place.
It was an endless starry sky.
The cosmos was silent and countless stars dotted the heavens.
In the distance stretched the endless galaxy of stars.
Suddenly,
"ROAR!"
A deafening beast-like cry exploded in the surroundings. In the next instant, within the starry void of the Universe, a dazzling golden radiance burst forth. Brilliant golden light blazed, as though a shining sun had suddenly risen. At the same time, from the distant depths of the starry sky came an Aura of extreme Violence.
"This is…?" Vegeta's heart stirred, and in the next instant his figure took a single step forward.
His consciousness seemed to cross endless Time and Space and when he recovered from the dazed state, his body had already arrived at a far distant place.
And at the Instant he arrived, Vegeta's pupils contracted sharply.
Before his eyes stood a towering, massive silhouette, its body radiating with an overwhelming golden brilliance, hair shining pure gold.
Yet within those emerald pupils was nothing but unrestrained savagery.
"BOOM!"
That colossal figure lightly raised its hand and in the next moment, a terrifying surge of energy shot forth into the distance.
"BOOM! RUMMMBLEEEE!"
Across the Galaxy, the massive energy wave swept through, annihilating stars one after another.
In but a single instant, countless celestial bodies turned into cosmic dust.
And this was far from the end. The Violent figure soared freely within the Universe, seemingly unaffected by the void of outer space.
Wherever it arrived, the stars of that region collapsed into ruin. Whether they were vibrant, living planets or cold, dead worlds, none were spared from his wrath.
Even more terrifying was the Aura around that Violent figure.
It was clearly only the state of an ordinary Super Saiyan, yet the power it released made even Vegeta feel a heart-palpitating fear he had never known before.
This was something he had never experienced.
He did not feel it when he faced Goku in Super Saiyan Four, nor did he felt it when facing Jiang Chen combining Super Saiyan Four with Super Saiyan God, Vegeta had never felt such terror.
And what was worse was that with every planet destroyed, that Violent figure's Aura only grew stronger and more uncontrollable.
It seemed endless. It gave him the same sense as when he once faced Broly.
No, this was countless times more terrifying than Broly.
Not in raw power, but in pure feeling.
Broly was indeed strong, his growth seemingly increasing without limit. Yet at most, his strength barely reached the level of Super Saiyan Two, and went no further. He had even been defeated by an adult Son Gohan.
(Original Broly's power was never as monstrous as the new version, most likely between Super Saiyan Two levels.)
But this figure before him gave Vegeta the sense that his Power was truly without end.
No, Not almost without end. It was without end.
"BOOM!"
Ahead, another swathe of the cosmos detonated causing countless stars collapsed into destruction.
Vegeta's expression changed drastically; he could no longer hesitate.
With a flicker, his figure shot forward toward that Violent being.
"ROAR!"
A feral roar erupted, and in the next instant, an energy bomb dove straight down at him.
"SWISH!"
Vegeta's figure appeared. He clenched his teeth as a Violent Aura surged from his body as well.
"HAAAH!"
With a sharp cry, Vegeta instantly transformed into Super Saiyan. Yet this was not the end.
