The Yurei members gathered around a dining table, everyone accounted for, except their leader, Lucien Derniere Etoile, even though he is the one who called for the agent meeting. Scanning the group with tense expression, Phiri Tento takes charge as the consigliere.
Breathing out air, he receives a few papers from the triplets, before telling them to go back to their usual business —doing nothing.
The tension among the group increases, as the consigliere took his time to organize the papers given to him. After an hour, Ten's eyes scans the group again, before nodding.
Taking one paper, he says:
"If there is anyone with anything to say, please do so before I start."
Silence whispered for a few seconds, before Shoji places his hands on the table, questioning:
"Why is Lucy-san not here?"
Tento rolls his eyes, asking, "You want him to be here?"
