When Naruto became the ten tails vessel, he became an all powerful chakra monster, his story was ultimately the same as it was always meant too. After the war naruto began to train his new abilities such as the many kekkei genkai he now possesses the first thing he started on was the five main ninja arts. These arts consist of taijutsu, ninjutsu, kenjutsu, genjutsu, and fuinjutsu.
Naruto learned taijutsu from guy, Lee, and bee. Guy and Lee later taught him how to open the 8 gates. He got the idea from garra that he could learn wind ninjutsus in suna, while Killer Bee and A thought it would be a great idea if Naruto would travel between the villages to learn techniques and to grow relations between them as well.
He learned kenjutsu from kakashi and the anbu black ops. Genjutsu from Kurenai, kakashi, and kabuto. He learned fuinjutsu from Sai and Orochimaru as they were the only people who knew anything about it left in the whole world.
After getting the basics he had five hundred shadow clones master each art, when he finished he had five hundred more shadow clones master each basic element chakra nature while learning in school to become a Jonnin. From the basic chakra elements he later moved to his elemental kekkei genkai of boil release, lava release, magnet release, wood release, and storm release.
When he heard of ninshu from hagoromo he thought it sounded like sennin mode in a way, but when he questioned the toads about it they brought him to the great toad sage Gamamaru. He is the only being alive that could teach Naruto about ninshu and its fundamentals of manipulating the elements with only chakra inside the body.
He created wood clones to collect artifacts from Uzushiogakure and found that there were hundreds of jutsu created using seals and one of them is a blood clone which uses a pint of blood from the user to create a highly durable clone able to heal and collect chakra. He used this method to create his own pseudo-six paths of pain which allows him to keep all of his abilities in multiple bodies. Four of these blood clones travel to the other ninja villages and learns the most jutsu they could. The fifth one traveled to uzushiogakure and uses shadow clones to reconstruct the village and archive all the jutsu and knowledge of the other villagers, the last one went to wander around to keep jiraiya's old spy network active for any threats of madera and akatsuki sympathizers.
When naruto wasn't studying he was out doing missions such as capturing garyō the leader of the ryūha armament alliance, and being framed as the attempt assassin of the raikage A. Other times taking konohamaru to the land of waves to meet inari.
He joins the team put together by temari on shikamaru's mission to the land of silence to assassinate gengo the leader of the enlightened ones, and despot of the land of silence.
When toneri kidnapped hanabi Naruto joined to help hinata go and rescue her, Naruto found that he could control the internal moon kingdom with his tensei-rinne-sharingan. Naruto later moved the portal to uzushiogakure after he ripped out the tensegan from toneri's face and put them back into hanabi's head. It was also at this point he realized that hinata loved him and cared for him, so Naruto took hinata on a date after rescuing hanabi.
With the peace times Konohagakure began considering to lower military-related budgets in favour of other projects, but there were attacks on involving international officials in the village. Naruto and Sakura take down the mastermind kido and his aid magire with the help of ino and sai, the Anbu headquarters was destroyed when kido and magire used chakra pills to awaken sharingan and wood release with bijuu chakra cloaks.
Kido had nine chakra tails and magire has six tails of chakra which enhanced there Taijutsu, Naruto later found out that they used madera's body within the old root dungeons to obtain the genetic material for the chakra pills.
After two years Naruto became a jonnin and because he continued to train his dojutsu, he could use the sharingan to its full potential, he has the ability to use the sight of the byakugan in both eyes shown when he activates them his first three tomes spin around his pupils with slight bulging in his vains around his eye. The rinnegan abilities are the hardest to master with its diverse array of powers, naruto used 700 clones divided up into 7 groups 100 each to train a different path.
The rinne-sharingan was affected by the byakugan and gained a blue color with glowing white petals revolving around the pupil, with it came more abilities added onto the rinne-sharingan making it even more difficult to use. The abilities changed to being able to see into other dimensions and seeing the chakra natures, the natural flow of chakra in the world, spiritual beings, and see forms of energy in the body other than chakra.
His chakra cloak changed to a white color which can take the form of a ten tailed wolf with four humanoid arms and a pair of hind legs. On the back is a pair of large wings covered in grey and onyx colored feathers, three eyes all with rinne-sharingan.
When naruto became a Jonnin he proposed to hinata and she was overjoyed. She wanted to tell the whole village about them getting married, when she told Sakura she could only see sorrow in her eyes so after the wedding Naruto forced orochimaru to use the dna he collected from sauske when he was with him to help Sakura and so he did. There was a catch though the dna could only boe infused into a fertilized embryo, Sakura had asked hinata to allow Naruto to be the donor because she didn't trust anyone else enough for such a thing.
The blood clone in suna helped gaara with the suna counsel trying to overthrow him and the hōki clan members fake there deaths. Which lead to the finding of ancient ruins from kaguya's era with writings about how an otsutsuki came to earth named shibi otsutsuki and his aid jashin, and how jashin was fed to the juubi they brought with them and it grew into the god tree and obsorbed the world's chakra so it would form a fruit. shibi was already so powerful he transcended to godhood when he ate the fruit and his body was hidden from the world. It is the information of other otsutsuki out there that caused Naruto to start searching for other ruins about the ancient world.
A few months after Naruto's wedding people started to disappear and emerge outside the villages, then walk in to attack people so they can be injured and explode. The wandering blood clone was the one to hunt down the mastermind behind the attacks fūshin and take down the coliseum.
After boruto,sarada and himawari are born Naruto soon became hokage, he proved himself to be capable of the job so kakashi stepped down to let Naruto take the hat. A five kage summit is held every year discussing the status of the world and how to help each other with the problems they face.
After boruto joined the ninja academy there are people disappearing from the land of hot springs, when the team consisting of mirai sarutobi, kakashi, and might guy investigate they find jashinists. As they go on there mission sarada is kidnapped leading Sakura and Naruto to search for her, when they find her they find that it is a creation of orochimaru that took her by the name of shin uchiha.
After rescuing sarada things go back to normal for a while until the chunin exam which is when momoshiki, kinshiki, and urashiki attack and naruto had to defend the village and defeated them easily. Momoshiki leaves a Kama mark on Naruto as he is defeated but Naruto absorbs momoshiki's chakra and it destroys momoshiki's life force in the Kama. When Naruto obsorbed the chakra he gained momoshiki's abilities and powers along with kinshiki's abilities, Urashiki was defeated and Naruto collected a strange turtle from him and kept it in his kamui dimension with the multitude of ancient scrolls and artifacts from the otsutsuki and the age of the sage of six paths.
Naruto trains the new team seven to defeat a small terrorist sect of the purple moon religion. Naruto later has join a continental kage meeting with all the daimyō of the continent to stop a war from starting because the daimyō from the land of earth wants shinobi to be useful tools again.
Naruto becomes sick with a deadly disease that Afflicted the sage of six paths so Kakashi travels to the land of redaku to find the cure. team konohamaru and Sakura break into a prison that used to be a astronomy lab where hagoromo used to stair at the stars that holds poler particles, Orochimaru helps reverse engineer polar particles into a cure.
When team seven found a boy named kawaki Naruto adopted him and he obsorbed his Kama, when he obsorbed the Kama his right pupil became yellow. Naruto soon discovered a ten tails in a otsutsuki base and sealed it within himself to prevent it from being used. The base was the one kaguya and isshiki used kihana also has an idea about splitting the ten tails and putting the memories of the tailed beasts into those separate parts.
When jigen attacked Naruto was able to weaken him to the point he fled and later became isshiki and Naruto defeated isshiki using a new chakra mode called Byron mode when both kihana and him are using sage mode to fuel the chakra explosions between each other to slowly kill isshiki.
When ada attacked the village to get Amado, naruto got a vision of Ada using her dojutsu and it warping the minds of everyone in the world. He thought about it and didn't want to allow that to happen and he absorbed her chakra making her eyes weaken and unable to use her eyes. When he toke her chakra his left pupil formed a tiny black pupil.
When ada and her brother were captured and imprisoned Naruto found that Ada's dojutsu was still active though she couldn't use it due to it quickly fading in and out from low chakra. She and her brother were put in prison and weren't allowed to have any visitors other then himself. With Ada and Damien locked away code began to create monsters called claw grimes from the ten tails kauguya and ishiki brought with them all those years ago, using his claw marks to create them.
Code got the claws from Amado, when code was experimented on by Amado to graft D.N.A. from the corpse of shibi otsutsuki onto his body. When the claws were used to teleport parts of the ten tails to different locations at once, this created the claw grimes while allowing code to control them.
Code was marked by naruto using the flying thunder god technique (flying raijin), and naruto let code get away while obsorbing tne claw grimes to fuse them back together. A few of the claw grimes were obsorbing energy from the populace of konaha, this caused them to begin to change slightly. As Naruto teleported to code after he put the claw grimes into the kamui dimension, code was bleeding out and stumbling along in the kara hideout when Naruto appeared before him and used the Shinku no Yaiba. The Shinku no Yaiba is a sword welded by Kushina uzumaki, Its blade is a stained red with a black bar along the center with a tsuba with a spiral pattern that begins at the blade and spins around three times before merging together. The handle is wrapped in red samegawa and silk ito with a iron wood tree core.
Naruto kills code and a new possible threat appears, some of the claw grimes evolved into humanoid god trees and taking a form reminiscent of the ones they stole chakra from. Naruto is seen as a god tree by them because that is what they feel his chakra is.
Naruto was able to have a conversation with the humanoid god trees convincing them not to devour anyone but he help them by giving them a chance to learn about what they are and what they want to do. Leading to a difference of opinions making matsuri who has moegies memories and hidari ,who has the memories of sauske from the remaining chakra found in the village, join Naruto but mamushi and jura leave. Mamushi and jura begin trying to experiment with the black box that holds shibi's body when they get in something happens they weren't expecting. Shibai's body flashed away with a figure of black, Naruto is able to sense the body of shibi while it is out of the box and he goes after it and finds a black skinned otsutsuki that looks like hidan during his rituals.
The otsutsuki has shibi's body in a cycle similar to the one hidan would use with crystals on each point of the square in the circle. Naruto fights off the otsutsuki but as he began to win the world began to warp into itself centered on the body of shibi. The body consumes everything creating a large orb of energy, the body began to form out of the orb and from it shibi was resurrected, in his forehead has a tensei rinne sharingan with a jogan and senregan. The battle continued in the dimensional gap left over from the world naruto once knew.
Naruto ended up killing both otsutsuki after days of fighting. After everything Naruto used the Karasuki the time turtle artifact to send himself back in time into his past self, to do this he uses a jutsu called six paths: return to the past.
