Knock Knock.
The giant knocked on the wall on the other side. Its head was unnaturally tilt.
"HELP, HELP ME! PLEASE" Akins voice sounded through the whole village, begging and screaming for help. The closest civilization to Bir al-Raml was 20 kilometers away, so asking for help was pointless.
Bastet was trembling and shaking, he was also holding his breath with his hands clasped over his mouth.
The creature kept begging for help, shouting and whining. Its voice was exactly like that of Akins. But soon it just stood up and walked over to a group of camels and devouring them quickly. 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes...
There was a loud thud on the house Bastet was occupying but nothing else. He wasn't alone, there was a woman with her daughter in the corner as well.
There was no sign of the creature outside... so everyone slowly stepped out of their homes, Bastet also came outside. They all looked around for a bit.
Exhale.
His eyes slowly looked up and at that moment he was face to face with death. His gaze locked onto the eyes of the creature on the roof.
It smiled at him.
"I see you..." it spoke in a distorted voice and reached out to grab Bastet, but he managed to sprint away, Bastet began running as fast as he could. Praying to god so that he could save him, praying and begging...
He had a healthy level of cowardice.
In the background the village was being torn apart by the monster. People were losing their lives left and right while someone in another part of the earth was enjoying a warm bath.
The meteor shower filled the entire night sky. Bastet was panting as he ran, his feet hurt and he felt a stabbing pain in his stomach.
His mouth was agape and his eyes were wide open, he didn't dare to look back... he didn't need to. Death was always following him. After a bit more running he fell, he tried standing up only to give up instantly. He turned around and layed on the sand.
Soon enough it reached him. The creature had changed Form. Standing at 20 meters tall with a fully white body, it had the whiskers of a cat fish and the face of a baby. Its arms reached its knees. Instead of instantly attacking it squatted before him. Staring deep into his eyes without making a sound.
But Bastet only spared it a glance, he was focused on the meteor shower above him. All he could do was pray for it to be quick and to end up in heaven.
Kyung-Sook couldn't pry deeper into the memories, so all she saw was Bastet being approached by the kaiju, and eventually meet his demise.
"Kaijus... came from?"
The person with the ton of piercings scratched their chin and replied after ten seconds.
"The Iris. The planet holding the entire kaiju history. Of course its hidden knowledge, the public only knows that kaiju came from space and nothing more."
「The iris?」Kyung-Sook thought for a second before getting a answer.
"A planet that appeared in our solar system 600 years ago. There have been attempts at exploring this planet, but most of them have failed." Before the prince could continue Kyung-Sook asked another question.
"How do you know this?"
The stranger smiled for a bit and replied.
"Because I share one brain with all of them. Although I cant control them, I can see memories, I can feel what they feel and see what they see. Ive also listened on conversations scientists around me have had, aswell as managing to integrate myself in their systems. Sadly I dont have any influence"
「I feel like they should be strong... but the more they speak the more weak they sound even with all that knowledge...」
Suddenly Kyung-Sook began hearing screams once more. This time she could see a massive red planet that looked like it was made from flesh. It had a black moon the size of earth floating right by it.
Countless whispers were heard and soon she was huddled together with incomprehensible creatures around a floating red ball. A pure white baby without a mouth or ears hugged the ball tightly. Kyung-Sook felt like her mind would tear at any moment while listening into the whispers. The sky was pitch black and the ground was slowly going up and down.
The planet was alive! It was was clearly breathing.
Kyung-Sook could see eyes but couldn't describe the features of these... life forms.
Once again Kyung-Sook was sitting before the prince. This time they were on the seabed, with barely any light.
"I call them the Basilisk's... I've got no better name for them"
"Does anyone know of their existence?"
"Your mother does." The stranger replied firmly while folding their hands together, a smile appeared on their face.
「Mom does? Thats right, shes a kaiju scientist... but the way this person makes it sound, it sounds like super confidential knowledge」
"And it is" they spoke once more. "Anyway! Its just the two of us here! We are gonna be together for a while so get comfy! Ill share all my knowledge with you, until we can be one!"

Ha-joon kept his back straight, breathing in through his nose while breathing out with his mouth. A large swarm of kaiju exterminator were jogging through the HQ which was bigger than the city below. The kaiju exterminator HQ floated just above York-3 on the east side, the base would rotate sides each day in a clock wise manner.
「Where the hell is Jae-wook?! Hes still not here! I should be searching for him... but they haven't allowed us to leave yet.」
In front of the line was a man with a strong jawline and crisp hairline. One could assume he had the straightest line up in human history. His name was Jack Howard, a man who rose through the ranks very quickly and became a drill instructor in three months. Some thought he got to this position thanks to money while others believed he was just that talented of a kaiju exterminator. He was also tall, standing at 1.90 centimeters.
