His last words were spat out while his burning gaze flicked mockingly toward Lady Raven as his lips curled in a contemptuous sneer that carried clear hostility.
Seeing such provocations, Lady Raven's crimson eyes grew colder, and her expression sharpened like a blade again.
For a brief second, her aura flickered dangerously, but she restrained herself and then, with measured composure, she turned toward Lord Garuman and inclined her head respectfully.
"Lord Garuman," she began, her voice steady yet tinged with iron resolve,
"The accusations leveled against this young man by Elder Solomon were unproven, inconsistent, and felt deliberately fabricated to me based on the state of the evidence that I came across."
Her gaze briefly flicked toward Solomon before returning to the Vice Headmaster.
"For the sake of justice and because of the fact that no child should suffer punishment for crimes he may not have committed, I chose to intervene.
