Qiao Yi returned to work at the Qiao Family company after resting for two days upon coming back to the country.
Luckily, she had arranged her work before leaving, and she was able to guide remotely from abroad, so her absence didn't cause much backlog.
However, she was followed by Hound everywhere she went, which really frustrated her.
"I'm not in any danger at the office; go have fun on your own, and come find me after work."
Qiao Yi tried to persuade Hound like cajoling a child, but the stubborn kid wouldn't budge and refused to leave despite her many attempts.
"I promised the boss to protect you well. Even though we are in the Qiao Family's company building, you never know who might harm you!"
The cheeky kid even learned to talk back. Qiao Yi and Hound had a staring contest and finally, Qiao Yi conceded, pointing to a sofa nearby.
"If you're staying, behave and go quietly play your games over there, don't keep wandering around!"
