Jeremy Night looked over each treasure item. He deliberately paused for a few seconds to observe each one.
The old man and the staff thought the young man was simply taking his time to examine the materials. It was a normal action. But they didn't know what Jeremy Night was actually doing.
At the same time, Jeremy was waiting for the unknown beast egg to react. However, the egg was not reacting at all.
Jeremy was disappointed; there were only common elemental treasures here. He moved on to the other items.
Time passed.
One after another, he checked the items. The old man and the staff were getting impatient. It had been one hour since the young man had arrived, yet he hadn't selected a single material.
Just as the old man was about to say something, he saw the young man stop in front of one of the treasures.
Jeremy didn't show any emotion, but his heart was in turmoil because the unknown beast egg had finally shown a strong reaction.
